Eventually I got a call from someone in Dr McDonalds office saying "the doctor will only agree to see you again if you're serious about treating your condition" and then mentioned my recently missed appointment along with a few missed appointments in the last 2 years. I'm not too sure how many appointments I could have missed when Dr McDonald wasn't even my doctor but what i learned from this experience is Dr McDonald must think she is the only doctor around. I'll be more than happy to take my family's medical needs elsewhere rather than putting up with her condescending BS, who does she think she is anyway?
