I had a hearing test at another facility with another company and it was not a pleasant experience…read morenot was it feasible to get assistance with them. It almost turned me away from getting the help that I need and rely upon a still non-existent VA appointment. I took a chance on a card I received in the mail from New Sound in the Woodlands. I am so glad I did. Kelly was a true understanding professional who did a complete hearing assessment, gave me detailed information and personal attention. After finding out that I could finance them for a whole year at 0% and that my insurance would cover $2000 of the total cost. It was a done deal. Kelly did a custom fit and custom adjustment that fit my hearing loss perfectly. I have had my hearing aids for a week now and it has been such a revelation of the depth of my hearing loss that I am ecstatic about the things I can hear now. I hear birds singing when I walk to my mailbox, I can hear my turn signal ticking in the car, I hear the faint beeping countdown on my alarm when I walk in the house not to mention not disturbing my neighbors when I watch TV because I can hear it at normal volumes. My wife does not have to yell at me to get me to understand what she is saying. I no longer have to stand idly by while people in my group hold conversations because I can now hear what they are saying.
