My daughter's Cadillac XT5 was losing contact with the key fob and would not start. We had them reprogram the keys in the past . My daughter works long hours -early to late., and needs the car for work. She called Brent Mackcow (service manager) and they discussed a receiver that can go wrong beyond the key transmitters. Brent goes above and beyond to help you. He ordered it, sent emails/texts outlining what ordered and when it arrived -next day. My daughter was able to drop it off early -before hours, and they got right on it. It took a couple of hours, and when done they even drove to Nisswa to pick her up. She did not have to rent a car. We also recently bought another XT5 from James in sales. It was a special optioned version and we really like it. Dondelingers has been great to deal with and we will be customers for years to come.
