I was kinda skeptical of the combination of the two in Hawaii so I never tried it with the topping, but the attractive stand operator in her southern style floral apron convinced me otherwise. It was the best d*mn snowball I've ever had... I honestly don't know how they do it. More fascinating, that they're located in the heart of small town Porter, TX. The shrimp and grits comes covered with a creamy sauce and slices of andouille sausage. I had a bite from my sister's shrimp and grits and thought they were pretty good but creamier than the other dishes.
