The crew showed up 15 minutes early today, and the estimator and I talked with the crew leader about specifics of the job which entailed trimming up, cleaning out unwanted growth and limbs in two 115+ year old willow oaks, and trimming up three 20' Japanese maple trees. They did exactly what we talked about, cleaned up as if they never touched my yard, and I would highly recommend them for tree services. They are by far the best tree service I've used to date. He removed a section of my fence and set his crew to work. The crew was AMAZING!! They were Very Skilled and did an Outstanding Job!! I was concerned about the large branches hanging over my deck and fence, but they were very careful. One of the guys climbed the tree and very skillfully hung his guide ropes and cut the branches and canopy, while the others tended the ropes and pulled the huge branches to the Shredder. They dropped the huge trunk, cleaned up all the branches and leaves from the tree and hauled off the entire tree. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to wait about 4 weeks to have the stum ground up. Was told their grinder was in the shop. That is why I dropped a star.

Attaching a screenshot of our exchange because receipts are important. If they can't even show up or be accountable in the most preliminary stages, imagine how much worse their service would be once they had your money? I should have looked more carefully at the reviews - there are some troubling ones in the filtered section, and almost all of the 5 star ones are from new Yelp accounts with barely any reviews.
