Looking for a gaff to rent or buy in Manchester? You can't knock Pad, which offers up not only the urban, minimalist delights you see in a lot of estate agents' windows, but also your more unusual homes from Urban Splash or the classic rented houses we've all stayed in with friends from time to time. But as well as this Pad also has serviced aparthotels on its books, located on Deansgate and Bridge Street... basically places in which you can live for a night, a short while or even a year. You even get a free luxury continental breakfast for the first morning which includes cereals, fresh bread, jams, butter, cheese, juice and milk.
As I've said, what I do find great about Pad is the sheer variety. It's not completely focussed on luxury; a lot of the apartments are down to earth. They've got places to live everywhere from Castlefield to the Northern Quarter, Piccadilly to Salford Quays, Green Quarter to Chapel Street and more. The prices can be reasonable too, especially when it comes to buying. At the office they're helpful and give you a bunch of informative brochures to sift through. There are so many estate agents in Manchester, it's nice to find one that's simple and straightforward. Need a pad? Try this Pad. read more
