As of 19th Jan 2022…read moreEsquire has still not given a new completion date, work is incomplete and there are substantial defects. Throughout Esquire has been aloof and has at times ghosted us. Poor planning and skill has dogged the work. Wrong windows installed (since replaced by Esquire), damage leaving us without heat for 3 days, damage to lighting circuits and more. Most recently the 2 new radiators installed have been connected to the wrong side of the boiler. Esquire are currently ghosting us again.

They've got places to live everywhere from Castlefield to the Northern Quarter, Piccadilly to Salford Quays, Green Quarter to Chapel Street and more. The prices can be reasonable too, especially when it comes to buying. At the office they're helpful and give you a bunch of informative brochures to sift through.
