I asked an associate what size was equivalent to a woman's 9 1/2 in a men's Hey Dude. She stated a Men's 11. She was WRONG! After doing a google search. It was a men's 7. Well, they were out of stock of ALL Mens 7's. It was suggested a I get men's 8. I got the men's 8. I've purchased several pair of hey dudes this for my oldest son year. Then, earlier in the week I purchased a boys 6/7 hey dude for my son, again they were out of stock, so I had them shipped to my house. I showed the purchase to the cashier asking her that with my new purchase in my had today, and the online order if I could spin the wheel. The cashier wasn't sure if I could or not. Confused she turned to the female manager working and asked if I could spin the wheel. The manager asked for my ID. Not sure what my ID had to do with spinning the wheel, but ok, I showed her my ID. The manager said yes I could spin the wheel. She walked into the office, she came back out and asked me what I ordered. I told her I didn't order anything, I ordered online it was shipped to the house, showed her the order. She was so mad at that point, then YELLED AT ME! Then said NO!! You can't Spin the wheel! I was shocked!! Wow! She must really hate her job to treat customer like this! In shocked I left. 12/12/2022 shoes were too big, I return to the store to return the hey dudes that I purchased. The cashier was very nice in the return process. Asked why I was returning them, I stated they were too big, that I needed a 7. I would go look on the floor, but last I looked you didn't have any, and I could not order online either. The SAME female manger walked up disrupted our conversation jerked the shoes off the counter looked at the bottoms of the shoes. I said if they were worn they were worn in the store and tried on again at home, that was it. She then threw them in the box. This manger needs to not have this title as a manager. She needs a reality check. I have filled out the survey online, and corporate has been in contact with me and stated that this will be looked into and will be resolved. This manager is down right rude and needs to be retrained. I will never set foot back in the NorthCrest Shopping Center Shoe Carnival Again.

I told him a while back, why not try DXL? A months back, we went as we were both looking for clothes for an upcoming cruise we were taking together. I sat down to let him shop and find stuff to wear. He was able to find shirts, belts, pants, and other clothes that perfectly fit him without needing tailoring. The price is pretty reasonable as well. You can also bece a rewards member so that after spending a certain amount, you can get rebates for future purchases. Great store! Finally found a place where my brother can get clothes that fit him easily!

There were about two sales people on duty on this day. The male representative was friendly and professional. We didn't need much help so can't tell you how knowledgeable he was on his product lines. I shopped local stores but because I was returning home soon I could not get any alterations done before I would leave. I stopped in this store just to see what I could do, and was very pleasantly surprised that I could buy necessary items and have them for my size. The manager, Kim, assured me they would have them before I left. Due to the lateness of my order (late afternoon) the pants did not make the delivery for the next day, but I was called by Kim and assured they would be there the following day before I boarded my plane. Kim came in on her day off, 2 hours before the store opened, to meet me and provide the pants. Outstanding service and I'm completely happy with the extra effort that was provided to accommodate me!!!

I had wanted to go there anyway as I needed to buy a birthday card for a friend of mine, and a future birthday card for my bestie. So one Saturday morning, we came to Hallmark and started shopping. It certainly had a large greeting card collection to choose from, but it also has plenty of gift and home decor as well! While looking, we found this smore maker, and realized this was the gift. My mom knew her friend would love it, especially because she loves smores and would love making it with her children. While there I got the cards I wanted as well. I am a Hallmark rewards member so I also got another greeting card for free. It was an excellent just because card, I sent to my bestie just because she is the best. My mother also picked out a card for the house warming gift. The items were reasonably priced and since I was a rewards member, more points for me!
