Even then, that didn't stop him from giving us great financial advice. There is no question in my mind that we would not have been able to afford our house if it were not for Tim. He spent a great deal of time listening to us and educating us on how if we restructured our borrowing strategy, we could access rates and lower fees that somehow none of the other lenders were telling us about. When you speak with Tim, you can tell his mind is running at maximum strength, coming up with ways to save you money - not just at the closure of Escrow, but months and even years later. It was like watching one of those expert Rubik's cube solvers.
