My conversation WITH TICKETMASTER STATING MY ORDER CONTAINED TICKETS FOR THE SHOW, that the manager told me "did not happen."
    Amanda B.

Drove over an hour to take my 2 year old son to see the Blippi Musical here. I was told BY TICKETMASTER, where I purchased my tickets, that my ticket ($180+ for 3 tickets...) included the SHOW AND the photo op. I got there, they scanned our tickets, and there was no issue. We picked out some seats, until someone said we were in their seats. A man working the venue must have seen my confusion, because my tickets said General Admission and didn't have assigned seats. He radioed his idiot boss, who said GA wasn't a thing and I had to go back to the ticket booth. Fine. I did, along with several other parents, who were in the same boat because we were being told we had to buy AN ADDITIONAL ticket. Another man asked to speak to the manager, who had an attitude before he even spoke to us. This Steve Wilkos looking clown said "you wouldn't have even gotten into the venue with that ticket." UMMM JOKES ON YOU MORON, WE ALREADY GOT IN!!! He is completely CLUELESS!!!! I explained that I verified WITH TICKETMASTER ahead of time that my ticket for the show WAS INCLUDED and he had the audacity to tell me, "I PROMISE you they didn't say that." And walked away. I'm including a screenshot of the conversation with Ticketmaster (that "didn't happen") for your viewing pleasure, along with the 3 tickets I had to buy for AN ADDITIONAL $97 TO SEE A FAKE BLIPPI, because I was not about to tell my son he was no longer seeing him. This manager is absolutely pathetic. Rude. And completely ignorant to anything going on at "his" venue, And has zero business working with any other human beings. No metal detectors at the doors. No security checking bags, I could have walked in there with 15 guns on me and no one would have noticed. I'm still in the process of fighting with Ticketmaster for a refund, and plan on filing complaints with the BBB and attorney general, because this was straight up robbery. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Went here for Trace Adkins and it was awesome! My only complains are the lobby and bathrooms are a little small but the building was great. OH and.... No drinking in the parking lot... Couldn't pre game :/. But the auditorium was pretty cool. Pack you in like sardines but was an overall great experience!

Tom Terrific here with another honest business review…read more My brother heard about this place and was aching to go there. He has his own Jumbo pinball machine in his home and he's really into it. So am I, so we stopped in a few days after Christmas. Admission on that Sunday was $20 per person. I was stunned by how many people were there. Male and a surprising number of females. Whole families with little kids were having a blast. It's a huge place with many hundreds of machines, most of which are pinball. They have gun shooting machines, the pac man type machines and my favorite the baseball games where this flapper rises up and a pinball shoots out and you whack it with the bat using your flipper control. My favorite pinball was the Twilight Zone. It gave me lots of time to bang that ball around and it had all the bells, whistles and lights I love. Many times in the 2 and a half hours we were there I'd just go from one machine to the next one all down the line. What fun! The men's restroom was medium size, easy to find in the rear and clean. I was surprised to find that they have a great concession court. It had lots of tables, chairs and napkins. There was a TV showing football. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food. My $3.50 hot dog was all beef on a fresh bun and there were all the condiments, even relish in packets. The food staff wore latex gloves and all of them were neat, clean and wholesome looking. I refuse to eat at any place that hires people with what we in Tampa call snot rings that go into their septum and hang down to their lips. UGH. Get the hell out of here. Not for me. Very unsanitary. I complimented the staff on their food and they thanked me. I noticed that they had quantity control. The french fries were made to order and they came out of a small sandwich bag that I assume was weighed for a consistent number of fries. You don't see that everywhere. I checked the counters and the floor of the kitchen and the entire place - it was clean and the floors appeared freshly mopped. A+ Past Times also had decorations and photos on the walls and my brother knew who the old men were that were depicted there. The walls honored the pioneers of pinball, a very appropriate thing to do. The entire staff and management was very kind as we asked questions and I got my picture taken with the white board stating I was Tom Terrific from Tampa, Florida. My brother said there may be only one pinball arcade that was larger and it resides in Los Angeles. I loved Past Times and it seems like so did all the other people. I highly recommend it for a date, a great family night out or even as a solo venture. Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Past Times - 5 Stars !

HO. LEE. SHE. IT…read more It took me a while to get here, but I've just been to the best arcade in Ohio. Past Times Arcade is absolutely fantastic. Maybe, just maybe, it's the best arcade that I've been to in the last 40 years! PTA has the largest "open to the public" selection of pinball machines that I've ever seen...this includes the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas and both of the big venues in Pittsburgh. There might be occasional pinball expos, and private collections, where more games are on display...but these are usually not open year round. Rare and cool AF games are everywhere! There are tables from 5, maybe 6, continents! Tables from "every" era in pinball history are represented, IN LARGE NUMBERS, at PTA! And critically, almost all of the games are playable AND are in GREAT CONDITION! I'm not sure how the owner and his team keep this many tables in such good condition, but somehow, it is the case. How about video games? You bet! PTA has over 200 of these. Selection? Lots of rare games and almost all the blockbusters as well. Are they in good condition? Yep. Less than 5 were not operational. Not a single game (that I played) had an issue with the controls or the screen. Amazing. Also cool: There is a fair number (50ish?) of pre-transistor electromechanical games. Many of these were operational, but many, (such a Sega's Periscope) were, unfortunately, not up and running. Still though, it was nostalgic and (maybe even a little) heart warming to see them again. The games are set on "Free Play;" you pay 20 bucks to play all day. You get a wrist band and you can come and go as you please. If you're a kid, it's cheaper. If you're a veteran or a first responder, it's cheaper. Food? Yes. I admit that I didn't eat anything, but the kitchen and diner area sure smelled good! It was also amazing how clean PTA was, even the crapper was spotless. Booze? Yes. I didn't drink but the selection of canned adult beverages looked pretty extensive. Bottom line: I've been to some of the biggest and best arcades (and coin op museums) in the country. Past Times Arcade just might be the best. No shit. 5 Stars.

Now it's not usually my first choice I tend to stay a little further in but it's doable. The staff is so accommodating from when you check in to the complimentary breakfast served every morning. I have not had such treatment in a while at a hotel it was shocking. I will say the bathroom needs some updating as it seemed to hold in a lot of moisture. There were few places around the tile that needs some tender scrubbing care. The rooms also are not noise proof. You will here everything above you (I recommend staying on the top floor) plus everything in the hallway. Our room was by the pool and "gym" so there was heavy foot traffic. Now gym is in quotes because you're not getting a grand workout but if you want to do some cardio and some might lifting it will work. The pool space was nice! Very warm inside so be prepared if you're going to be in there. There was also a hot tub space in there too. I would stay here again when I come out to Youngstown, OH.

I am not a member of this club, but I was asked to come to dinner with two members of this club. I don't know what the membership includes, but I would certainly never pay a membership fee to eat here. Service was lousy, and they weren't very busy. It took us about 20 minutes to get menus and another 20 minutes for our orders to be taken after we had made our selection. As a former waitress when I was in college, I know that when your table is looking around and no longer looking at menus, they are ready to order, and a good waitress will notice that and take your order when you are obviously ready to order. No one seem to care here. The entrées we wanted we're not available because they were allegedly sold out, but it was very early in the day so I find that hard to believe. Poor restaurant managing perhaps? When the food arrived, nothing was very good. We all had three different meals but none of us would ever order these meals again here. But then again, I would never eat here again even if a member asked me to come with them. I had heard this place had very good food, but that was not the case when I was here. Not sure if there are new cooks or what the case is, but I would not recommend this place.

There was a bourbon tasting, movie night at the indoor pool and a dinner for a sorority! Also you could pay 100 in the cigar lounge to attend an event! There is no buffet for breakfast you just dine in that wasn't explained to us! We had a 150 voucher dining credit and I kept telling our servers that they never applied it to the voucher so we went to the gatsby on my birthday and spent the 150 in there! We ended up over spending because they never explain how to use the vouchers you get when you buy a package! The champagne that came with the anniversary package was nasty I wanted to exchange it for wine and they wouldn't I don't drink champagne. I think you should be able to choose if we want wine or champagne. Friday (day of birthday) it smelled like weed really heavily! It was so over baring!!! On Thursday it didn't smell like that but Friday and Saturday it was bad and it just made the experience not so good for me! I was so excited to stay here and been wanting to come and have that happen just put a bad taste in my mouth! Friday everything was loud and there was a lot of ppl everywhere! Kids screaming and running the pools were over crowded and it wasn't peaceful anymore! I stayed in my room all day on my birthday! Sad I just wanted to go home so we checked out early Saturday! I won't be back! My favorite place was the cigar lounge and the sauna only peaceful spots in the resort! Bae felt like it was over priced because of the kids and weed smoke and the young adults running around cussing and just being them! Didn't get to experience the Roman bath too many young ppl splashing around and being dum and complaining that they were cold! Our room was clean bed was comfy and pillows was comfortable! All the staff was nice except our very first server she was mean, and I didn't like her attitude. We had questions because this was our first time here at the resort and we didn't know what any of the food items were in. I don't know if she just didn't like our presence but we just ordered chicken wings, because we didn't like her attitude. And left! But 3/10 over all experience!

The property is beautiful and luxurious, and from the moment we arrived everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spacious, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and since we booked a package, we were greeted with a charcuterie board and wine -- such a nice touch. We took full advantage of the spa and enjoyed several services, including pedicures, facials, and deep tissue massages. I opted for the 90-minute massage and... absolute heaven. Truly one of the highlights of the trip. We also dined at Gatsby. While I had just had my wisdom teeth removed and couldn't fully indulge, everyone else's food looked fantastic and they couldn't stop raving about it. Special shout-out to Jimmy for being such an amazing and attentive waiter. Lastly, we spent time at the Roman Pool, and even at the start of winter it was incredible. The water temperature was perfect and kept us nice and warm -- just be prepared for the cold air when getting out, because that part is definitely not for the weak! We're already planning a return visit since we didn't get to experience everything the resort has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone. Even as a day trip, you won't be disappointed.
