I would like to update and change my review below for Rat Pack Storage. I am in fact the person who wrote the review below. The reason for my bad review was due to just bad timing and was no fault of the new employee or Connie or Pack Rat. As I was organizing my storage unit today Connie explained the situation which matches my records and makes perfect sense. Connie has always been the employee that helps me and when we spoke this afternoon i now understand that the changes are only to electronic signatures instead of paper signatures. This was just confusion on my part. My former bad review was subsequently reviewed and Pack Rat through Connie sought me out to explain the situation and make sure that everything was correct with my account and apologized for confusion even though it's clear that there is no fault by Pack Rat or myself. I am impressed with Connie and Pack Rat in that they made sure to immediately check my account, verify what happened and address the situation. People make mistakes and in this case i mistakenly "jumped" the gun so I feel it's important to rectify any damage to Pack Rat Storage reputation due to my mistake. Within an hour Connie changed this rating from an incorrect 1-star to a well deserved 5-star. As long as I require storage Pack Rat will always have my trust to store my valuables. Thank you Pack Rat and thank you Connie. Please be aware: Pack Rat storage recently changed their computer systems sloppily. Please check your current bill to make sure your not getting over charged and please check your records and make sure your unit is not about to be claimed as abandoned. They changed their system as cheaply as possible and now customers are paying the price. read more
