I told her my dilemma and let her know I needed another unit. She immediately looked and leased a unit not too far from my original. What a LIFE SAVER! Fast forward- I'm clearly not the best planner ever. My wife and I found a nice little place in Hideaway. I had been a loyal customer for 3 months to Mission Storage. As soon as we got the keys to our new place I rented a uhual and headed back to Mission to gather our stuff. I load up and sail for the sky's. Which brings me to, today. January 3rd. Desiree calls me because I did do one thing and removed my credit card from the auto pay. Once I realized who was calling I immediately texted her to let her know our stuff was removed Nov 27th. Instead of jabbing is with the bill for the month of January, she said NO Problem! She removed us. What a LIFE SAVER! I am beyond the moon with how wel we have been treated. A life saver twice to my stupidity! We will ALWAYS use Mission Storage for our needs! Thanks, Desiree!!! YOU ROCK!

I am a vocal amputee so I have to use a hand held device to speak. I was hung up on 5 times, one of the times I was told she could not understand me so I asked what I needed to do to help her understand me and her response was " Talk better ". I was appalled and as I was explaining my situation, she hung up on me too. Completely unprofessional and unreliable! I'm going to have to get their physical address and march in there so they have no chance of hanging up on me then!

We were under the impression that if we took everything off that we could to help the process the price would go down (and we took EVERYTHING off of it off and latches and hinges etc) we could take the feet of the ramp off as this would have damaged the door since they needed them to deal with the inside of it and after seeing The time that we took to take everything off they had the nerve to not only not take them off but they didn't even tape around them so they over sprayed. they Didnt silicone our trailer very well in some spots so it's already showing rust when it gets wet and the roof of it wasn't done properly for the seams like we had mentioned to them. Their solution was for us to fix their mistakes when we WAY over paid for what they did. We wont be going back and hoping we can fix the trailer so all of our money doesn't go out the window that we had to get a loan for to begin with. It's been a nightmare and has caused us so much stress.
