We waited a total of 10 days without a return call, then hired a different company. Got an estimate on a Friday, new company sent a 2 man team on Monday. Removed all of the remaining appliances plus items in a storage unit 5 miles from our house, all for over $100 less than Junk King told us they would charge just for the remaining appliances. It has now been 2 weeks and Junk King still hasn't called us back.

If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs.
