I work with shippers almost daily, and many leave a lot to be desired. This experience, however, takes the cake and is the most appalling I have experienced yet.
Initially the person I dealt with seemed to at least know what they were doing, despite telling me I would have to wait at least two weeks to even get my items picked up and they wouldn't send it the method I preferred. Then someone else takes over, and she doesn't seem to care or have a clue about what has been agreed to.
Despite endless emails and having to call overseas multiple times, she still managed to ship my package TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, using the WRONG COURIER. I caught this the same day I finally got tracking after demanding it...and had to call again. No apology, not interested in fixing things - she had the nerve/silliness to tell me she was sure my package would still reach me. Yeah, packages that are not addressed correctly just somehow know where to be delivered...right. This, after paying a hefty price and now waiting close to three weeks and having to be on them to get things done. Unbelievable.
I have my doubts my package will arrive at all, given she didn't care to make this right and the manager wasn't in. Perhaps my UK attorney reaching out will get something done. I recommend AVOIDING this shipper. read more
