My mom has been with this dr. For thr longest time, beginning now this year, my mom started having dry cough, her dr. Just told her to boil some ginger and drink, while her dry cough lasted months, she started having shortness of breath, all along thinking she probably just have allergies which dr. Didn't prescribe any inhaler and cleared her for pneumonia and said her lungs were clear, we decided to take my mom to ER, there, they saw she has tons of fluid in her left lung, they tapped her checked for malignancy and come to find out she has lung cancer stage 4, shes 88 years old, we're not pursuing any aggressive treatment, but maybe could've been discovered earlier if the care was better or if they actually cared more for these old folks, just sad, I know alot of Filipino old folks likes go there because it's a Filipino dr. But the care is just really poor. Just really sucks read more

This review is for the scheduling staff. My insurance designated PCP had recently retired so I needed to select a new PCP. I called Dr. Aducayen's office to confirm they take new patients and that they'd accept my insurance. They confirmed and scheduled me for an appointment. On the day off my appointment, I go to check in and the staff member tells me since my insurance card lists my old PCP and not Dr. Aducayen, they'd have to charge me $120 co-pay!!! Why was I not told this when I initially booked my appointment?! How was I supposed to know their policy?! Needless to say, I canceled my appointment and will look for another doctor. read more

I've been with Dr. Aducayen over 10 years now and yes, she has gone through some very inexperienced staff. But the current staff based upon my last couple of visits seemed more, knowledgeable and professional, especially at the front desk. Dr. Aducayen is a very dedicated and cares about her patience overall health. I have experienced this in my conversations with her in regards to a couple of health issues I encountered, and how she guided me through it. I'm doing great!! If this rating was only for the doctor, I would give her a five star! read more

Terribble staff. Doesnt know proper verification staff. My insurance card says a different pvp even though on the patient portal it says she is officially my pcp. I even emailed her a screenshot proving so. Plus they could also verify by calling the insurance. They are gunna charge me $50! to resched my appt which they could have eadily verified. Lazy staff and since such behavior is condoned in her office, Im not holding out hope she is any different. read more

Horrible all the way around. Does not care, at all. Completely messed up my mother's medication. Had her on things that interact with each other, causing all kinds of problems. Record keeping is horrible. She has no clue, nor does she care. Ignores requests for information, even though I am legally my mother's DPOA. If she hasn't killed anyone yet I'd be surprised. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Good luck if you need to file disability as they have no problem holding up your whole process and your money because it takes them 7-10 business days to submit their certificate to EDD. THE WORST Dr. Aducayen was not chosen but assigned to my father who is in a skilled nursing facility. She was extremely rude and unprofessional both over the phone and in person. And I quote "If it were my parent I would not trust a primary care that was assigned, as well as she is too busy" She did say I was free to find another provider, best advise ever. Unfortunate that the Hippocratic Oath isn't in practice here. Glad we live in an area with many choices and caring professionals. read more

Dr. Aducayen has been my family's primary care provider for years now. All I can say is that she's been very professional and caring for her patients. Her staff are nice and friendly as well. Even though I am a veteran and I go to the VA for my specialty care needs, I always consult with Dr. Aducayen for further referral and every time I have to request for certification or documentation, Dr. Aducayen always make sure that my requests are taken cared of and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Aducayen and her expertise if you're looking for a good primary care provider for you and your family. read more

Dr. Aducayen is a smart doctor. I'll find out soon if her diagnosis is correct. I can't say the same about her staff though. My prescription was sent incorrectly which delayed receiving the medicine I need. I had to beg her staff to give me the medicine I need and I finally got them to send it to Target Pharmacy instead of WalMart Pharmacy. Four (4) DAYS later I get a call from WalMart Suisun City they have my anti-biotic dispensed on September 15! I have a follow up with Dr. Aducayen but I'm concerned her staff will continue with their incompetent service. They need to be reported to my health insurance provider. read more

Dr. Aducayen has been our family physician for 5 years. Our insurance changed and for a year we had Kaiser. As soon as our insurance changed again we were able to go back to our favorite Dr. Aducayen. She is thorough, professional and very caring. I've never had a problem with her staff, they are always kind and professional. read more

By having done a residency in Internal Medicine, Dr. Aducayen is particularly well qualified to work with adults as they age. She has been my primary care physician ever since I moved to the Pittsburg area. She has been very effective in monitoring and guiding my health needs. As the brother of a physician who had a solo practice, I am well aware that I cannot expect her to be readily available for every minor health problem that I have occur. That is why after first checking on her availability, I arrange to go to a John Muir Urgent Care Center when she is not available. People should not expect primary care physicians to be available all of the time. read more

Worst costumer service I have ever come across. Her office went from bad to the worse office in Pittsburg. So many Pittsburg residence have left there. Well today she added one more to the list. I called for an appointment for my 93 year old mother after her spending yesterday in the ER. They wanted her to be seen by her primary care and when I called I had to leave a message. 30 hours later receive a call back and I'm told sorry she won't be able to see her until March 28th. I said that she was just in ER and they want her to be seen by her primary Care this week. She said well I'm sorry. Well guess what so am I because you again have lost another patient of 30 years. Awful.. Awful.. Awful.. Wish I could give this office 0 stars because that's all they deserve. read more

Dr Aducayen is one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I have ever come across. She was my grandmothers pcp for years. She was always caring & honest, she took the time to explain things to my grandmother & I. She was always available to speak with if I had any questions, concerns, or prescriptions. She was also very quick with getting us the things we needed. She even took time out of her lunch to call me & ask about how my grandmother was doing & if she needed anything, even offering advice. I was so pleased with her care that she is now my doctor. The world needs more doctors like her :) read more
