The food was cooked to perfection. The fish (specifically sea bass) was cooked deliciously and was juicy, and it was neither overly dry or cooked for too long, nor was it drenched in sauce, too watery or fishy, anything. It was cooked at a perfect temperature and length of time. The lamb is superb! It is not too well done, but brought to a perfect stew where it was intact to the bone but deliciously fell of the bone into the mouth. The lamb is drenched in sauce, which compliments the taste of the lamb but does not take the attention away from the taste of lamb. The sauces for the pastas are delicious, especially the Alfredo sauce. The Arabbiata is delicious as well but does not compare to the Alfredo and Rose sauces. The cannelloni is delicious and not only do they have cheese inside but they include the slightest amount of meat inside, which gives it a nice touch. The restaurant is a little bit more expensive in prices but each dish is worth every penny! The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice, relaxing and calming. The lights were slightly dim but not too dim to the point where I couldn't see across the restaurant. It was a very romantic feel, with candles in the middle of each table and a dimly lit light shining from above each table. The music is very soothing and not too loud, and the music is an old vintage 1950's romance feel. When I went, it was a slow Sunday night, and I was served by (whom I presume to be) the owner of the restaurant. He was very courteous but was a bit odd or awkward as a server. But nonetheless, he was very nice and took the time to explain what each dish was, when I looked at the menu. My only complaint about the restaurant is that there is no take out available (they do not have any take-out boxes available). As a part of my meal, I was offered a dessert but I had to leave for an appointment I had but was interested in taking my dessert to go. Unfortunately, it was not permitted of me because a take-out option was not available. And also a downfall of the lay out of the restaurant is that the bathroom is only a one stall, unisex bathroom. Therefore both men and women use the same bathroom, which didn't bother me at all but if the restaurant were busy and several people wanted to go use the washroom, it could be a problem with line ups. The size of the restaurant is not too big, yet not too small. It is a nice a cozy size, but from probable lack of space, there was probably not enough space for more than one bathroom. But it gives a good amount of space for the one large and spacious bathroom to be offered to customers, which could be good for someone in a wheelchair or walker. All in all, my experience in this restaurant is divine! It was truly an enjoyable experience! If I lived close to this restaurant, I would definitely visit more often!

Excellent Italian restaurant tucked away in a little corner near the post office. Great food &…read moreservice. I had the best filet mignon I ever had here.
