Called a place that had lubed the axles before and asked if they would do the installation for me but they said since I bought it myself rather than having them order it they wouldn't do the install. (If I had them order the unit they would certainly have marked it up by hundreds of dollars and the warranty would be in their name rather than mine.) Called Ron's RV and asked if they would do the installation. After assuring them that it definitely fits the same opening, etc. they said they would do the job. When I took the trailer and AC unit to their shop I asked about replacing a dead exterior USB port as well and they said no problem. They installed the AC unit and replaced the USB port and didn't take a long time to "get to it" like a lot of RV repair places do. I'm very satisfied with the shop and the crew there and will definitely return for all future RV needs.

They suggested turning it into a little play alcove for my girls and I was totally on board with that. They did a great job. It looks perfectly professional, from the trim, to the paint, to the electrical work. The wall texturing is what really impressed me. It was a perfect match for the texture already on the wall. The price was also very fair. I will definitely be calling them again for future jobs.

They have done repair work including roofing, installing ovens, installing new doors, laying new flooring, creating a wonderful new entryway for our home, plumbing, fencing, and a whole lot more. I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend their services. One caveat is that they are always in high demand so the wait times can be longer than some may like. I always wait because I know it will be done better than right the first time.

In the fall of 2018, my husband found Bob's company on Yelp. Our first impression was awesome!…read more Bob's attention to customer service is beyond expectation. He returns phone calls and does what he says, when and how he says he will. We hired him to do a major remodel of our home; extending the front of our house out approx. 8 feet, adding a covered front porch, and completely remodeling the kitchen from scratch to include removal of a wall to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. Depending on what needed to be done, Bob had the necessary crew on hand and oversaw the entire project, but our main guys were Kyle and Drew. They were awesome and so great to work with! They too were customer service oriented. As with any remodel project, there are always things that come up and changes that happen, and they were patient, knowledgeable and hard working. Our home looks and feels wonderful! We have had numerous people walking and driving through the neighborhood stop by and complement the house and ask who our contractor was. They did a great job! Bob has created a company environment that is hard working, honest, creative, and customer service oriented. We highly recommend them and will hire them for all of our future projects. We purchased a 35 year old home in Chico that was in dire need of remodeling and hired Bob Smalley…read moreto perform the work and could not be happier. Bob and his crew successfully remodeled 3 bathrooms (to include flooring, building new cabinets and linen closets, all associated plumbing and electrical, moving the shower in master bath and all tile work) replaced windows throughout the house (and did an awesome job on the custom window casings & trim), installed engineered flooring throughout the house, added recessed lighting throughout, removed a wall & soffits, retexturing, and much more. Living in Arizona during the time of remodel, it was important that I found someone who could work with me long distance ... Bob was that guy! We communicated often and he was very quick to respond and discuss the details of the project. When I was in town, he made himself available to meet at times that were convenient for my limited schedule. Bob and his crew take pride in their work and did an outstanding job. This is a company that I Highly Recommend... Thank you Bob, Dan, Aaron, Kyle & Ben for a Job Well Done! Kay & Bob

Exceptional work ethic and skills. Very trustworthy & honest handyman company. I called them…read morebecause I could tell that the other poor review was baloney. I was right. Matthew's wife answered when we first called for a quote- she was the helpful coordinator throughout this process while Matthew and his associate Eric did the work. Even though he had a temporary health issue, Eric continued to work hard on the project with Matthew. That is amazing dedication. This is the best kind of family owned & run business that makes us happy we moved to beautiful Magalia. When we first called, Matthew and Eric were busy on another big job, but they still made time for our unusual project. They were upfront about potential costs and worked through very hot days to get our deck 'cat fence' done. They drove far to get the needed supplies and were meticulous about providing receipts even though we knew that they were trustworthy. The team figured out a way to give our (indoor) kitties the outdoor air and sun that they craved and yet keep them from getting out. They also covered the area perfectly giving us a Florida porch of sorts. We now enjoy this indoor/outdoor 'room' as much as our cats do. Their pricing was fair and their work was exceptional. It takes skill, imagination and exceptional professional competence to pull off what they did. We love their work and could not have asked for better service. We will be returning to them for all our future handyman needs.

When they were done, the yard was neat (though full of red dirt...) and they even offered to haul of scrap concrete from our earlier plumbing issue. We highly recommend them.
