God forbid you contact them via the phone to mention an issue or concern and you call them again after nothing gets done about the issue or concern. Their response when you call back is always "I/we don't recall that conversation". For a management company they really don't have much management skills. Again, this is just my opinion. About a year ago they installed an online message board for our community. Residents have left messages and not once have they ever responded to the residents' questions. Why did they install the message board if you're not going to help residents with their concerns? Getting this company to do anything is like pulling teeth! I'm not sure exactly why the Board has not terminated our relationship with this company. In my opinion it's probably easier to keep them...than replace them.

All dumpsters on the property overflow daily, and the property has rats. Staff claim people intentionally overflow dumpsters, and post signs instructing residents to use a different dumpster if one is full, but they're all full. I have photos I've taken daily to prove staff is complicit in maintaining status quo despite overflow and rats. Residents cannot open windows due to the smell.
