These people are quick, they are good at what they do, and they treat you with respect and consideration. I made an appointment, they got me an immediately, and they worked with me with some things I wanted to try to repair before I had to spend several hundred dollars on another repair. They were very nice, very accommodating, and just overall good people. They started their business about a year ago, and they're so busy right now it takes several days to get in. But they are absolutely a #1 choice for me. I live 25 or 30 miles from them, but they will be doing my work on my vehicle from this point forward. Very satisfied!

A man directed us to Claire's, and we headed right over. It was 8:15am. He told us to pull the car in, and in 15 minutes the problem had been solved, and we were on our way before 9. What really impressed me the most was the honesty and kindness of Claire and his crew. We were in the perfect position to be taken advantage of -- passing through town, mechanically inept, desperate to get on with our honeymoon -- but I don't believe that thought ever crossed their mind. Car broke down, they took over a week to fix it, and it broke down the same day (less than eight…read morehours) after they released the car to me. I sent them a demand to pay for the mess, and their lawyers threatened with legal action. The employees on location are phenomenal, but the corporate people? Not a fan, let's say.
