Since tammy left a number of years ago it has been going down hill…read more Purchased inner tie rod ends, there is a special flat washer usually supplied with each tie rod but not with the ones locally stocked (import direct). The washers are only supplied with the Beck Arnley special order inner tie rods. Was going to purchase a set of 3 ton jack stands and a throttle cable for my 1 ton van but began wondering what parts would not be supplied with those. I can purchase those parts at another auto parts store. Retired mechanic and remember in the past getting the flat washer with the inner tie rod ends. Auto part companies cutting cost with steering components can't be good. I know it is a high quality part that is lubed for the life of the part... but it is still missing the special flat washer that goes between the tie rod and the steering gear.
