Which I did with more than ample time. Upon returning the saw I was charged an additional $37.00. The clerk advised me that the charge covers a new chain that I purchased. This was never discussed at any time. Clerk claims that renters damage the chain so they charge everyone a new chain. If it's damaged, I can understand that, but this was not the case. How can they charge you for a new chain without even checking it upon return. It's like renting a mower without blades and getting charged for a new blade installation. Ridiculous! The service workers outside were helpful & accommodating, they get 4 stars, but the expense for the new chain which was retuned the way I received it with NO damages is Unfounded & once again never mentioned upon initial Agreement on chainsaw rental. Epic disappointment. Too bad, everything else and other personnel and services are appreciated. How do you get charged for anything not discussed or agreed upon and without checking for any apparent damages? Oh by the way . . . ?

Other Maui Rental companies have been overwhelmed with calls to replace toilets that have been removed, not cleaned, or people are done with the awful customer service they are being provided. Over the past 6 months there have been multiple instances of billing errors. Billing for jobs that do not belong and saying invoices are past due when they have received and cashed payment, yet still email and saying they are owed payment. Don't put yourself in a shitty situation, go and rent a shitter from anywhere else but these guys.

We are incredibly disappointed in the services we received from Brittany and her lack of communication during the wedding planning process. First, our reception decor--tent and seat drapery--was supposed to be the color of a dusty rose, as indicated by our vendor contract. However, on the wedding day, we noticed that none of the drapery was dusty rose, and the seat drapings were a bright red/fushcia blend. We spoke to Brittany Throne, a month before our wedding date to align on the decor details. Brittany confirmed that they would have enough dusty rose drapery as needed for our wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, we noticed that our drapery was three different colors, none of which were matching with each other (red, candy pink, and another variation of pink)--and none being a dusty rose except the table napkins. What is most disappointing is that my husband and I were not alerted in any way that the drapery colors would be different than what we signed the contract for. I noticed the drapery color mistakes as I was walking down the aisle. If Brittany had done the courtesy to alert us that the colors would be different once she received the shipment, we would have worked to find another solution before our wedding day. The mistakes also included the brown wooden bar, which was supposed to be white. She ended up providing a small discount on the drapery since she made the mistake. However, this doesn't fix the problem as our pictures and wedding video will always reflect the wedding drapery mistakes that Brittany failed to inform us of and work with us to resolve. Attached is a photo of the drapery from our wedding as none of the drapery reflects the dusty rose color as stated on our contract.

Even though it was a last minute request, she set us up with a visit from Tinkerbell, who was so cute and sweet. We loved her! She did ballet, hung out with the family, posed for as many pictures as we and the family wanted to take, and made the night unforgettable for all of us. My brother was having his reception on Maui on 10/19. When our wedding planner fell through last minute, I had to find all the vendors myself. I contacted Signature to rent some furniture and I just could not get through to anyone!! I tried multiple text, calls, and emails. About a week before the event, I finally got a respond back on text saying they'll call me back in a couple hours and those couple hours actually turned into a few days (2 days before the event). If they can't respond to potential clients, I wouldn't expect them to be responsive when you're doing an actual event with them. Blessing in disguise that things didn't work out with this company.
