Worn on my tour in Japan (attached photo in plane and outside after landing) only lasted 1 week :( Returned for 2nd service, experimenting with the wispy spider eye... she used CC curl and I totally didnt realize CC curl at 14mm doll eyes makes my round eyes crazy... I'm more of subtle, natural look. She spent an extra hour to help me, take down some on the middle and I really appreciate the service... I tried to love it but the kids at work asked what happened to my lashes and if I went to a costume party :( I didnt take a photo to share til after 1 week of most of it falling out. (Attached photo where I have a few left of the volume wisp spider eye , wearing black shirt with hair down.) Trying to schedule 3rd appt since April 5th when the gaps started showing..and April 12th how it looks in attached photo wearing black. FYI- The reason the Groupon reviews are so good is because Groupon only allows users to leave a review AFTER their Groupon is redeemed. Given the pattern of cancelling or outright refusing customers, only people who were able to get in can leave reviews. I saw the Groupon deal and thought it was definitely worth the drive from town. I called first to get availability, because I didn't want to buy it and find out there was no availability that worked for me, coming from far away. Nobody answered the phone but I received a text . I told them the services I needed and they gave me a date and time . Great, I told them I purchased the Groupon and the next response was "who is this?" Then I was told there will be extra charge for long hair. I'm growing out a pixie into a bob, shouldn't be an issue. After reading reviews, I got nervous, so confirmed by text the night before. I got a response saying that my appointment was For Sunday, not Saturday but she could get me in at 1245 not 9 Saturday. I accepted the 1245 appt but also sent a screen shot of her appointment notice. Right away I got a weird response saying over and over that the number doesn't accept texts. I arrived just now, 15 minutes before my booking and she refused to see me , saying she had 2 other non Groupon clients ahead of me. No apology, no attempt at customer service. She straight up told me to get a refund from Groupon. This is absolutely a scam, using Groupon for free advertising than not honoring appointments. Groupon gave me credit but didn't seem to care much about the abuse of their service. I am attaching screen shots so it is clear that the bad experiences are absolutely true without exaggeration.

I found Brandi through a friend at work who always has enviable full lashes. I contacted Brandi through IG and was able to easily schedule an appointment a few weeks out. While I love the way lashes look on me, I've had both good and bad experiences with lashes to include ALL of them falling out within 24 hours as well as a lash install that took seven (yes seven) hours. Brandi took the time to speak with me regarding my likes and dislikes, what I was going for and what she felt would best compliment my features. My full set took less than an hour and now a week later, they still look as good as they did the day I got them.
