Our room was spacious and nice, with clean linens, the only downfall being a noticeable amount of leftover hair in the bathroom, which was off-putting and made me rethink the overall cleanliness. I'd give this more of a 3.5 star rating for this visit, but the value and other staff helped round up for this review. We'd like to come back for the location and reasonable cost, just think they have some staffing/process issues to work out.

Instead of a polite "Unfortunately, we're unable to because we're fully booked," the response was simply "No, we're full." I asked if I could at least remain in the room until housekeeping arrived. The reply was, quite bluntly, "No, you just need to be out of the room before they come." I travel frequently and have stayed in countless hotels, and I've never experienced housekeeping arriving exactly at the check-out time, on the dot. Hotels also have a limited number of housekeeping staff, so it's highly unlikely that every room is cleaned simultaneously. It would have cost nothing to let housekeeping start with another room and give us an extra 15 minutes or so. I had to leave my meeting early and informed the cleaning lady that I was about to close my bags and would be out shortly. Just nine minutes later, 1 minute before my husband got there t mo help with the bags, the phone in the room started ringing, urging us to leave. I understand that the hotel was busy, but check-in wasn't until 4:00 p.m, and this entire negative experience could have been avoided with just a little bit of flexibility and kindness, if the staff had made even a small effort. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer service left a very poor impression and left us very disappointed and stressed out. We won't be returning. Avoid if you can.

Queue Treadway Events! I found Brandon, Charles and team after a quick search and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a consult. The Treadway team paid close attention to every detail of my vision and put together a plan with multiple options related to each piece for my consideration within a few days. After providing some initial guidance I didn't make it easy on them, requesting tweaks and even some pretty big changes within just a few days of the events taking place. Every aspect of the weekend end to end was executed perfectly and I was left in awe and completely stress free, able to fully enjoy the time with all my favorite gals which was really the ultimate goal. We had picked our room specifically when booking and were upgraded to a loft "suite." I'm not sure I'd call what we got a suite? It was a normal sized hotel room, with the bed on a raised loft. Fine, we were only there two nights and decided we initially didn't want to make a big deal of it. Now...did we sleep at all those two nights? Nope. The side of the hotel we were "upgraded" to had commercial trucks coming and going all night. When I spoke to the front desk about it the next day, they were honestly sort of dismissive. We got zero offer to move and zero offer of points, partial refund etc. As someone with Marriott status, that's entirely disappointing. We ended up getting zero sleep the two nights we were there. Also, the front desk acknowledged they knew that side was noisy-I have a quiet room in my Marriott room preferences, so if they had read that, we never should have been placed in this room. The restaurant was nice(hence two stars) -my husband tried it and said it was "fine." Offering a free martini during happy hour as part of the "resort fee" is honestly sort of ridiculous...a Michelin key should just offer that, regardless. Very disappointed. Would not stay again and would never recommend.

As a mom traveling with my son, I overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. However, it would be great if they could extend breakfast hours until 10:00 AM. We came down at 9:30, and everything was already cleaned up. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back.

We told staff on the first morning after we showered and they said they would fix it. But it didn't get fixed. The second day, the shower did not drain at all. The cleaning staff came after we talked to them and the worker moved the drain plug up and down multiple times over and over until it slowly drained. But it still didn't fix the problem. Every time we showered, the bath tub would fill up and then it would marinate for like 20-30 minutes as it drained very slowly then a film would be left behind. We finally just accepted our fate during our 3 day stay and just lived with a bathtub that didn't drain very well but it was unpleasant and gross. I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
