It was our second time here today and it did not disappoint. The first time we came here was a few years ago and I must have forgotten to write a review. Anyway fast forward to today, we came here for dinner since we wanted something healthy and light. The place was not busy and we were helped not long after arriving. We both got a small poke bowl with salad (base). They were out of salmon so I ended up getting tuna and spicy tuna. I got most of their toppings and for the sauce, I got the Yuzu House and chili oil. It had a kick to it in my opinion. He got the tuna, spicy tuna and crab and shrimp for his protein. He also got a lot of toppings and for the sauce, he got the habanero and this korean spicy sauce. I forgot the name of it. The price is okay. Its reasonable for a poke. The staff are very nice and our order came with a bowl of miso soup. The downside is that this place is closed on weekends. I hope they reconsider and open at least on a saturday. We will definitely be back here

I used to drive from Valencia three times a week to have lunch here. I loved the service and consistency of ingredients. You do get a miso soup included with the new owners so that is nice. I just wish they would use some sort of romaine lettuce like most poke places. They seem to serve mixed greens now and although that might be easier to serve, it does not pair well with poke. It takes away from the other ingredients. Mixed greens have a lot of stems and have more of a bite- which is why you tend to have salad dressing and fruits , cheese etc. Other than that small gripe, I think the new owners and past workers are doing a great job.

I have been going here since it opened, but it recently came under new ownership and wow! They have me the bowls, expirience and food so much better. They have the point system back, way better portions and miso soup. If you haven't ever been or haven't been here is a while, don't walk- run! It is the best poke bowls in town- no question!

Came here on a Friday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The restaurant is in a nice plaza. I ordered the katsu, which was listed as the daily special--turns out there was nothing special about it. No discount, no larger portion, just a regular meal at full price. For $13-$15, you get a small portion with less than 10 pieces, which honestly isn't worth it. You'd be better off going to a Hawaiian BBQ spot for a more satisfying meal at the same price. The poke bowl was good, but again, the price doesn't justify it. Overall, I wouldn't come back. There are better options for the same or better value elsewhere.

Went back yesterday for the first time in a long time. I got half salad and half rice like I always get with poke and they gave me some nasty looking iceberg lettuce. Needless to say I did not eat it which is annoying considering how expensive poke is.

Came here around 6pm on a Wednesday while visiting Valencia,CA. I ordered the large Poke bowl which comes with 4 proteins - I chose tofu, ahi and double salmon. Food quality was good - everything was fresh. Not that much drink options in the refrigerator. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and nice. It was not busy / no line during this time - a few people came in to order food to go, and one came to pick up pre-ordered food. It was quiet. The restaurant was clean. Price is reasonable. With a parking lot. I will return here the next time I visit the area.

Passing through from NorCal to LA and stopped by this spot because the food looked good and so did the ratings. We were greeted in a super friendly way by who we think is the owner, and he was very generous and kind. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. Spicy pork with brown rice and noodles with Chojang on the side was amazing! It was definitely a good comfort food. The poke was so so good and fresh! The seaweed and fried garlic with volcano and ponzu sauce kicked this up a notch. The free miso soup is a huge plus because it pairs so well with the poke. All in all, I recommend this fresh poke place. read more

Great food, nice people. Very accommodating. Clean, pleasant surroundings. I'd like to see more people come here. Great poke, as well as cooked dishes. So far, I've had two specials, both fabulous. The Korean tacos (1 is plenty), and the spicy Korean pork (again, the small is plenty of food). Can't wait to try more. The specials change daily. Give them a try. read more

My first time here. Very nice inside. The lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. I got a large poke bowl with salmon and spicy tuna. It was tasty but I felt it was a little lacking, when comparing them to other poke restaurants, like Poke To Me. They also have hot food and they're weekday specials look good. I'll have to come back and try the Japanese Curry and Bulgogi Tacos. Overall, the food was tasty and I'd come back. read more

Found out about this place today and decided to try it out and I am so very happy that I did. It was DELICIOUS! I got a large poke bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, and double krab and every bite was heaven. The owner was super friendly and let me taste the sauces before I choose which ones I wanted. The Volcano sauce is to die for! Overall I thought it was great quality and good portions. Id even go as far as saying its the best poke bowl place ive ever tried in scv. I'm not one to leave reviews unless a place really stands out, but Pacific Kitchen truly does!! Poke is my all time favorite food and I'm very picky about it. I've lived in Hawaii, so I KNOW good poke. This place is AMAZING!! Fish is as fresh as it gets. Really good toppings and flavors, but most importantly super high quality fish, especially the salmon (unreal!!!). And the owners/employees are so friendly! So happy this place is in our little part of the valley. It's a must try!! read more

This is easily my favorite poke place in scv. The owners are incredible and always make you feel welcome. They're prices AND portions are generous! They're sides are always great quality and they are one of the only places I've been to that cuts their cucumbers to the perfect thickness for poke. AND YOU GET A MISO FOR FREE. Are you kidding me? $11 for a 3 protein bowl and a miso? And it's top quality and always yummy? Honestly why would you go anywhere else. read more

The best Poke spot in all of LA nestled in the hills of Stevenson Ranch. Fish is always fresh and neatly cut. Toppings are always fresh and plentiful. Sauces are one of a kind and can't be replicated. My brother and I eat here at least once a week. The owners are great people and are always friendly with everyone. I've had poke in by the beach and in the city but nothing compares to Pacific Kitchen. I've seen the delivery truck numerous times a week so I know the fish is fresh! Other places you walk into it smells fishy. Here it does not. That tells me it's FRESH. The other places mix your bowl with there hand. Here you do it yourself and to your liking. read more

She proceeded to say that we would have cancelled your sushi pizza order as they do not honor late pizza orders. I let her know I appreciated that gesture and was apologetic for ordering so close to closing. I then called my wife to let her know that she should get there soon, she arrives at sometime between 6:50-7pm, before closing time. She came home and let me know that she got lectured by the same lady that called me about my order, she was told " Can you not order so close to closing, and don't order the pizza ?" My wife again apologized, "I'm so sorry we can cancel the order if you guys are closed" and this lady responds with "it's ok we already completed your order...Ya don't do this" If we ordered before closing, we arrived before closing, and we've apologized for our mistake. We just purchased food and gave your establishment money. Do we need to lectured about ordering food during operating hours? They could have just cancelled the order and we would have understood.

Heard about their latest addition in their Daily Specials - the Asian Chicken Salad, and my friends at work ordered for delivery plus their regular Beef Teriyaki Bowl. Actually both were rich in flavors and ingredients and you will get filled with the goodness of each dish. The large can be shared by 2 people huh. This place used to be better. Free Miso, now you have to pay. Free wonton, now you have to pay. The portions got smaller and the food got worse and the prjce got higher. I used to come here every Friday after work, now I rather just get something cheaper. Sometimes the food is overcooked and then now you wasted 20 dollars. Not what I remembered anymore. read more

Surprisingly decent and fresh! I'm not entirely familiar with this type of food, but have been here twice and say it's a great local choice for something different than the usual. I suppose I may give it that extra star once I have explored their menu more and tried other places with similar dishes. Worth a look-see! read more

Seriously best poke in SCV. Family owned with such nice and hardworking owners. Fish and toppings were so fresh with the fluffiest sushi rice. And the sauces - omg. My family and I used to be regulars here but we decided not to take our business there anymore because of the stinginess of the owners. You don't get what you pay for, the quality of the fish is okay, and overall it has been continuously disappointing that you pay for your bowl to be half empty. read more
