Agent could not get back to me by the time agreed. At nearly an hour late, I went with another more reliable agent.

If you're considering an insurance broker that really cares and is also enthusiastic, willing to go…read morethat extra step, look no further than Emily Couture of WSC Insurance. She's my broker and she saved me $170 right off the bat, and we're just getting started-- for my personal auto bundled with some other products. Her phone number is (503) 357-3154, x8908, or you can email her at EmilyC@wscinsurance.com. She's truly great at what she does. Both of my parents are insurance brokers, and I'm a doctor, so I am familiar with the world of insurance. I want someone who is all about "relationship" over "transaction," someone who is looking out after my own back and keeping me uppermost in mind. For example, Emily immediately suggested some slightly different parameters for my auto insurance that would keep me and my family more safe and be financially beneficial as well. If you reach out to Emily, mention my review. You'll be glad you did.

When a yelp talk thread suggested this insurance broker, I gave them a call. After the normal…read morequestions, they gave me a quote for Safeco, that was half what I was paying for car insurance, and they even covered my odd roof that few companies cover. Over three years later, my rates haven't risen, and I am happy with the customer service I received whenever I had questions or needed to change anything. Luckily I haven't had to use it to test their policies, but that's the point of insurance right?

I LOVE ALLSTATE! I have utilized various companies for my insurance needs in the past and none…read morecompare to Allstate. The service I have been provided over the last 10+ years is unbeatable! My agency (Janet Peters), Franchesca Doyle in particular, is very knowledgeable, always quick to respond to my needs, and demonstrates excellent customer service. I hate to say that I'm their client because our relationship extends beyond that realm, they treat me like family. Yes, they are somewhat pricey but you get what you pay for! I am also an extremely satisfied member of Allstate Motorclub and would like to share with you my most recent experiences. I ran out of gas one day (laugh if you must) and did not have my Motorclub member number or the phone number to their service line so I called Franchesca. Mind you, it was a Saturday afternoon. She not only answered my call but provided me with all the necessary information and even offered to contact the service company on my behalf. I was blown away to say the least! I mean, who in their right mind would answer a business call on their day off... I'll tell you who, my Allstate agent. When I moved I contacted my agency to inform them of my new address. Franchesca entered my updated information AND, without being asked, contacted my new property manager and provided them with copies of my Renters Insurance policy. WOW!!! If you want superb insurance and commendable service I recommend joining Allstate's team of professionals! Thank you Allstate (especially Franchesca) for always being there for me!

I've been an allstate customer for many years and insured all of my vehicles and properties through…read morethem (usually at the very minimum a home owners policy, a landlord policy, 3 vehicles, and 6 to 10 motorcycles depending on what's going on with my collection--yes, I'm aware that I have a problem). A year and a half ago, one of my bikes was stolen. Allstate paid the claim, but they continued to charge me the premiums for the bike, as if I still owned it. I should have paid closer attention to my bill and done a vin inspection on each of my bikes every time I paid my bill. Unfortunately, I assumed I could trust my agent (Janet Peters) and just paid. I pay my premiums as a lump sum once or twice a year so she was able to fraudulently collect almost 900 dollars from me before I realized what was happening. I would have been willing to believe that this was merely incompetence on her end, but since I brought it to her attention over 6 months ago, I have not received a refund, credit, or even a call back from her. Actually, the only time you will ever speak to her directly is if you are buying or adding new policies. I do get pre-recorded calls from her advising me to buy new policies, so if you like getting robo- calls in the middle of the business day from companies you already do business with, you might enjoy her unique take on customer service. If you have a problem or need actual service, you will speak to one of her assistants. They seem nice enough, but they aren't actually empowered to do anything other than pass your information along to Janet. Wait, I take that back. They CAN take your credit card number. Allstate is probably just as good as any other insurance company out there. I'd just advise you to go through a different agent (believe me, there are plenty). Lawsuits are public record and I'll update this review as mine progresses. So again: Allstate is not necessarily a bad company. The problem here is with the one specific owner of this branch.
