So the way that an agent make themselves shine out is by the quality of office based customer service. In this regard we have had nothing but good experiences. Grant Murphy's agency has always been prompt to reply, courteous, professional and competent in dealing with our needs. As for State Farm itself, we are loyal to the brand for a number of reasons: they have always treated us fairly, and after a major accident years ago they took care of us above and beyond.

Kali and Tiffany are awesome when it comes to customer service and communication. They also listen to you when you have a issue or need something changed. I have been quoted by other companies but no one competes to State Farm when it comes to coverage. We currently have renters and 2 auto policies with them but are switching to home insurance and 2 auto polices. While I was in the office speaking to Kali and signing the paper work for this switch she realized that when I got married they only changed one of the policy to be under both our names. She ended up saving me $30 a month! Overall Sam and his staff are awesome. I would high recommend them.
