My returning car on the left. The new car I was allowed to drive off with on the right

Deal breakers.I leased a car through them, signed the papers and took it home! The next day they said they had a problem with the lender but said and I quote,"We'll take care of it" The next day, after I had the windows tinted, they were asking me to bring the car in because they had to break the deal. For the next aggravating week of phone calls I kept asking why did you let me take it if the lender hadn't approved? The new deal was $80 higher a month. The exact price I told them at the beginning was too hard on me. They're greedy and don't seem to know when a sale is complete. To be clear there are no hidden facts from this story. They had all my info at the start! They still asked me after all this to give them a 5 star!? They LOVE their bonuses

I would specifically like to thank Richard who was our sales person, he was definitely wonderful to work with. I purchased a used 2023 Honda HRV EXL and Richard did a great job showing us the features of the car, making us feel welcomed, and he was very knowledgeable. I would also like to thank our finance guy Milad, after some negotiation I was able to walk out happy with my car with a good service bundle.

I recently had my Type R serviced here and they were more than excellent, top notch. They are now my new go to Honda location, I used to go to a different one however this location has proven far more trustworthy with my vehicle and overall they provide excellent customer and vehicle service. I was very happy with Erick Calderon's service, he took great care of me throughout the entire time my vehicle was there. Couldn't be happier with Pacific Honda. Thank you guys!

On April 1st 2025 I purchased a car from Lynasia Perez. I initially called and spoke to someone else but when I called back to follow up I spoke with Lynasia and she was so enthusiastic and helpful! She allowed me to test drive some cars and when I made my decisions she was extremely helpful along the way! I had never purchased a car from a dealership before so it was a new process to me and her guidance through the process made me feel so safe and supported. This was my second car ever and so it was emotional to let go of my old car and when I showed up the next day wanting to commemorate the final moments with my old car she helped me take photos and locate the old car before it got processed. Even months later when I locked my keys in my car in August she responded to my call and helped me get the correct information I needed to download the app to be able to unlock my car. She went above and beyond when she didn't need to and I will always appreciate that!

1) At nearly $500 (less with coupon) and 2.6% credit card fee, I was stunned.  Can't afford these prices.  automatic transmission fluid exchange - $190.83 brake fluid reservoir exchange  - $93.92 synthetic oil change - $96.19 replace engine and cabin filters  - $120 tire rotation not completed per their notes, I was told ' if tread was sufficient'. That would have been an additional $20 and time beyond the 2 hrs it already took Went for maintenance code but the service advisor  added item(s) that he recommended based on the age of vehicle. I had already re-arranged meetings and my work schedule to complete this service so I agreed, but not sure it was the right choice. It immediately made me think of companies like print journalism or Disney+  that raise prices on the existing/remaining customers to make up for lost volume (newer cars after mine came w service packages). 2) Two days later I went grocery shopping only to find that my truck wouldn't open w the handle, my key fob, nor the button on the driver door. What a pain to put groceries in the back seat! The internet tells me that someone had put the 'valet' setting on which prevents the trunk from opening.    3) Glove compartment -  not sure what they did. First they didn't put the contents back. But now the arm unhooks after opening such that it won't close. I re-attach the arm but it becomes unhooked EVERY time the compartment is opened, preventing closure. Super annoying to walk around to the passenger side to re-attach it every time.  Who wants a car to function worse after a dealer visit... this is like herpes, the gift that keeps on giving. The prices alone are a reason not to return but everything else on top of that is incredibly frustrating. Ridiculous. Not a professional level of service..

way too slow. took 30 hours to replace a sensor that should have taken about 1 hour on my Honda Accord. this is ridiculous.

Higher viscosity leads to higher pressures which lead to seals leaking and failing. I'm really surprised you haven't researched this. How about the leaking oil filter a day after install? Seems like a sure way to get more money outta a customer once their engine gets starved of oil. How about the sloppy work with oil left all over my car? Lack of care and integrity. How about the scratches from resting my tires on the paint of my car? Lazy and inconsiderate. Pulled from the article that copied and pasted "Engine Design Changes: Newer Toyota engines are designed with tighter tolerances and specific lubrication needs that necessitate these thinner oils, such as OW-16 or OW-8." Exactly my 2019 Lexus ux250 is a newer Toyota engine if you weren't aware , so why are changing it?

Francisco personally picked up my vehicle, coordinated everything seamlessly, and had an entirely new engine installed within a week - which is incredible considering the scope of the work. To make matters even better, he later removed a charge from my estimate because the actual cost to him was less. Who does that? That level of honesty is rare. From start to finish, this shop demonstrated integrity, efficiency, and genuine customer advocacy. I never felt taken advantage of, rushed, or kept in the dark. I took a chance and posted a project on Yelp, hoping to find a shop that could treat my car with the respect it deserves. After reviewing responses and chatting with a few contenders, I landed on Select German Car Service--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I knew I'd made the right choice. Max, the owner, greeted me warmly, and the technician, Mel was clearly someone who understood the value of a well-loved Porsche. The shop itself was immaculate--organized, professional, and filled with stunning Porsches of every model, color, and vintage. It felt more like a showroom than a garage. What truly impressed me was the care and attention to detail. The technician covered my seats, opened doors and the hood with precision, and handled my car like it was his own. That level of respect is rare--and deeply appreciated. While my car was being serviced, I took a scenic 1.5-mile walk to Better Buzz Coffee for a little exercise and a fantastic cup of coffee.
