I've had several appointments with him, and every single time he takes the time to answer all of my questions in a kind, friendly, and personable way. He never makes me feel rushed and always addresses my concerns thoroughly. I've learned so much from him, which really helps me feel more confident and informed about my care. The office is clean, the staff is welcoming, and appointments are always on time, which I truly appreciate. Like most people, I don't look forward to dental visits, but Dr. Kwok genuinely makes the experience as best as it possibly can be. Even when I've received difficult news, he delivers it with professionalism and compassion, and I always leave feeling reassured and in good hands. I had a root canal done, and it was quick, smooth, and involved minimal pain before, during, and after the procedure. That alone speaks volumes about his skill and care. Knowing he graduated from Harvard is also very impressive and gives an added level of confidence. I also want to recognize Dr. Appelin who took time out of his schedule to speak with me over the phone and answer my questions, when Dr. Kwok was on vacation, which is not something you hear of often. I met Dr. Wassmer today who consulted with me about an upcoming procedure I will need to get done. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. He was confident and positive, and I never felt rushed. Overall, I truly love this entire team. The doctors and staff go above and beyond, and I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful clinic nearby. Even if I had to travel hours, I would still choose this office. Thank you all so much--keep up the amazing work!

Like other important things we do at least once each year, I've been making sure to get my teeth…read morechecked after I had a "bad cavity scare" years ago. All I remember was that something was making my jaw hurt so bad that I had semi-fainting spells. I couldn't think straight and I couldn't get ANYTHING done. Worst of all, I couldn't eat ANYTHING regardless of how appetizing they were. In other words, something I didn't really think twice about is now IMPORTANT enough to demand all my attention. I was freaking out about how bad my cavity must be. I was dreading the possibility that I would not have to remove my wisdom teeth (and stressed with the image that another stupid oral surgeon left by showing me his "hammer and chisel"). I just didn't like the feeling but was motivated enough by the extreme pain to go deal with it. Thank all things good, however, that it wasn't a cavity nor had it anything to do with my wisdom teeth. It was just a bloody popcorn kernel that had wedged itself into my gum. I have zero cavities and am part of small percentage in humanity that will never get one. =) Long story short, I've been coming to Dr Jang's office since my move to Monterey and have had no complaints regarding his practice. For one who doesn't really like dentists since childhood, he has been the first dentist that I'm willing to remain with due to his professionalism and thoroughness. He doesn't do "hammer and chisels" (remove wisdom teeth) so that thought alone keeps me seated instead of running away whenever I'm here for a cleaning. Great dentist and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for those in the area looking to establish a dentist! 15/03LR

My first appointment I was so nervous I almost didn't go, but as soon as I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Bianco and his staff made me feel very comfortable and I felt no shame or judgment for the condition of my teeth. He laid out a very detailed treatment plan and assured me that we could fix all my issues. Even though I was in tears thinking about how much I didn't want to get my teeth looked at, he cracked a few jokes, talked me through it, and I left feeling good. I went for the sedation dentistry on my first visit due to the amount of work being done and how nervous I was. Let me tell you... that stuff is a miracle. Worth every penny! I didn't feel a thing and I was in the chair for a few hours. If you have dental phobia or have been putting off work for a long time, go get checked out by Dr. Bianco. He and his team do awesome work, and I never thought I'd say this... but I can't wait to go back!

Again, Richard response much like his first one which was removed by Yelp is completely non-factual…read moreand again personal attacks. 1- I was a model patient who always kept my appointments while richard failed to (cancelation last minutes or trying to literally an hour before the appointment or while I'm in route to my appointment). 2- I always paid my copayments on the spot in full, as a matter of fact richard received his copay in advance for the entire job he was supposed to do which he did a botched job in according to the oral surgeon who finished his work. By the way Richard doesn't enjoy a good reputation amongst his peers, when I mention his name to the oral surgeon and the dentist who finished his botched job, meh was their immediate response. 3- yes, I reported Richard to both of my insurance companies and they both black listed him. 3- Furthermore, I reported him to my credit card company which after investigating found that my complaint has a merit and refunded me $3000 of what I paid him. 4- And yes, I reported him to California Dental Board, which found him in gross negligence. Unfortunately, according to their bylaws this is not something they can do anything about. However, (according to the letter they sent me), my complaint will stay on file and if anyone ever complains about him again they'll reopen the case and contact me.

I was scared of the pain of getting an I.V. for a few reasons. Dr Bhaskar told me that he would use a 24 gauge needle. He had a very calming and empathetic attitude. He listened to my fears and requests, (and didn't act like I was being foolish) assuring me he would do his best. It went flawlessly. He also put anti-nausea medication in the i.v., and I didn't get sick at all afterwards.
