Andrea was very understanding about me coming from the west side and kindly allowed me to drop off on a Saturday morning and pick up a Thursday afternoon while I was on the other side. Both times she communicated by text and was helpful and friendly. I paid cash but you can pay by credit card as she has a Square payment system on her phone. Our knives are now razor sharp and honed to perfection. Andrea did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services if you need anything sharpened.
