We scheduled a consultation and Mike came up with the design of my dream. We went shopping to the tile store and picked out fixtures. Since the HOA was in charge of the contractors there were many delays and Mike was there when I needed him to answer any questions they had. I wasn't happy with the work they were doing and asked Mike for someone to do the tile work. I met Matt Johnson, Kustom Kreations Tile and Stone. The best contractor I ever hired. Mike, listened to what style I liked and put it down on paper. The project was stressful but Mike was always there to support me.

This was a major project to replace the front facade with a new entrance and deck, sandblast and stucco, remodel the kitchen and baths, upgrade interior wiring and plumbing, replace all windows and doors, create a new room in the basement, add interior stairs, etc. etc. etc. resulting in nearly a re-build of the entire house. It required an army of subcontractors ... we were thankful that we had Alan Lingol engaged as the general contractor to manage the details. Alan has a lot of experience in the construction business and was able to work with our architect, engineer, and countless sub-contractors. He also has strong people-skills and he listened carefully to our ideas and concerns. He was organized and thoughtful. We requested many modifications as the project progressed and we were able to work through the inevitable issues that come up with a project of this size. We are very pleased with the end-product ... after-all, we live in our house every day. In many cases Alan came up with some great ideas that we had not thought of and now look back with relief that we had incorporated some of those ideas ... even if you're an expert yourself, you still want somebody who can look at things with a keen eye and suggest alternatives. There are "before and after" pictures of our kitchen posted on the company's website. Our parents also engaged his services on their beautiful home in La Jolla which included a kitchen remodel and replacement of doors and windows. We would not hesitate to engage Lingol Construction on our next project.

I researched 6 different companies and InnovaCreate stood out from the very beginning. Arnie immediately put me at ease. He gave me a lot of ideas that would keep me with-in my budget and still help me to obtain my dream kitchen. He stayed with-in the time frame and the total cost that he quoted at the start of the job. He and his apprentice, Steve, were in my home daily for weeks and they were an absolute pleasure to be around. They both communicated well, showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. My husband and I were actually a little sad when the remodel was done, because we missed having Arnie and Steve around all the time. But our gorgeous new kitchen helped us get over it pretty quickly! I can't believe how much I love my new kitchen. I was originally just hoping to update it and make it more user friendly. I was not expecting it to be this beautiful, given the budget I had to work with. THANK YOU ARNIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously can't thank you enough. I would absolutely use InnovaCreate again and am already saving up to have all the floors in my home re-done by them, .
