He reserved the VIP Package which Includes the Target sheet, a 12-Gauge Shotgun, 5.56 AR-15, a S&W 15-22 Rifle, an AK-47, and a Tavor X95 9mm. He loved it, all five arms. I reserved Package A which includes the Target sheet, a Glock 17 9mm, a 22 Cal Ruger Rifle, a 22 Cal Revolver, and a 38 Cal Revolver. Not quite Dirty Harry but just as powerful with recognizeable recoil. As I brought in my target sheet, I surprised myself and others in the range with my marksmanship LOL We had a wonderful experience here!! Thank you 808 Gun Club!! Definitely coming back here!!

There were 2 parts to the Basic Pistol Safety Course. There was classroom time and range time. David and Joey was very thorough with the information that they taught during the classroom time. They did so good that it made everyone feel confident that they can pass the test at the end of the classroom time and everyone did pass! David and Joey was also very good instructors during the range time. We were able to shoot at different distances. During the shooting, we were able to pick and choose which pistol we want to shoot. I was very pleased that they had a Glock 19 because that is the pistol that I'm looking to get in the future and was glad that I was able to get a feel for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to get into firearms! I'm for sure taking my daughter to them in the future when she gets a little older!

We did not have a good experience here :(…read more First of all, finding this location put us on guard. The neighborhood is sketch. According to their website, $50 membership is required. This establishment typically has customers that bring their own firearm so then there is a lane fee of $25. Also on their website, they offer a discount on the lane fee if you go a certain day, certain time, and show your Hawaii ID. Well we went there meeting all three criteria but didn't get the discount as advertised. Kinda sucked but oh well. After we signed the required forms, the guy had us pick out the target sheets we wanted. Then we were required to watch a safety video, which we couldn't hear loud and clear because of people talking around us. The employee then told us about the two door entry way to the lanes and being mindful not to let the noise get into the showroom. We picked a lane and laid our rifle bag on the bench. Strangely, the bench started rolling forward into the lane which didn't seem safe so we moved to another lane. We got our firearms situated on the bench that didn't roll and then tried to hang our target sheet but it was missing a clip and the cardboard was very worn, so we moved to another lane. There were empty shells all over the floor, maybe we were expected to sweep up after others but no one said anything. We shot up all the ammunition we purchased and then we were so ready to leave, disappointed. Of all the discrepancies, the main reason for this 1 star review was an intentional hazard caused by a young employee with arrogance. From the moment we walked into the showroom, he did not want to serve us. Since the only other employee was already with a customer, this young guy reluctantly came to our lane when I asked him nicely to show us loading our new shotgun. After he loaded the shotgun, he left the range. It wouldn't shoot so I went back to the showroom to look for him. As if he KNEW that something bad would happen, the young guy was NOWHERE to be found. So I waited patiently for the only other employee to finish his customer. Guess what, the shotgun shell was jammed! The older employee needed to retrieve a tool from the showroom to safely dislodge it! God forbid an explosion happened. To the young guy who loaded the shotgun incorrectly and intentionally caused risk of harm, I pray for you. Whatever causes your arrogance and ill intent, may God release you from all that and forgive you. This is not the kind of business that needs bad employees. We do not want anything like this dangerous episode to happen to anyone. We did not enjoy this experience. There was a serious lack of personnel and communication. We were put in an unsafe situation.

We were provided with sanitized ear and eye safety coverings. From the very clean storefront, you pass through two doors to get to their indoor range. There, we were greeted by Titus who was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. He truly made this a fun and safe experience for us! Giving them 5 stars because: 1. Very safe environment - all the pieces in our two packages were clean. We had a 22 cal rifle, 38 cal revolver, 9mm Glock 17, 45 cal Glock 21, a 44 Magnum, 9mm semi auto rifle, and an AR-15. Titus fully explained the proper handling and loading of each piece. 2. Great customer service - Thank you Titus for your time amd expertise. I did find a few cute things but was over all disappointed not to have had the great experience you usually get going to a target. And location isn't bad.
