In checking Yelp, I found several attorneys who were highly rated. I received bids from them, and I am so glad I chose Frank to provide the legal services. We kind of got off to a rough start. The check I mailed to him to cover his fee was somehow delayed (although it eventually arrived). Frank was extremely patient during this postal delay. His fee, by the way, was reasonable, although I was not necessarily interested in "the lowest bidder". I was interested in the "best legal service", which my wife and I received from Frank. His approach to gathering and collating all the information necessary to provide an accurate estate snapshot is not only extremely logical, but quite simple to accomplish. Frank's communications via e-mail were unfailingly timely, and in fact, I confess it was I who needed occasional gentle prompting to provide the necessary information. Frank made a home visit to present the completed documents, and obtain the required signatures and witness verification. The document itself was presented in a very nice loose-leaf binder. The residence deed was signed and notarized and Frank provided recording service. The official, recorded copy came back to me almost exactly when Frank predicted it would. As an additional client service, Frank provided a warning and a picture of a very official-looking but fraudulent letter that would arrive about when the deed did. That was a nice touch. Highly recommended. Frank was a pleasure to work with. As a young couple with a newborn and several assets in CA and out of state, he education is on the difference between a living trust and a will. I had contacted several difference offices regarding a Trust. Frank responded within 24-48 hours and simple had a conversation with me without feeling pressured. When we were ready, we later scheduled a zoom meeting to gather all the information. Compared to other offices, some didn't even respond back. Price was reasonable for a living trust especially if you have several real estate assets. Out of state assets cost a little more but rest assure that his office did all the leg work with the county. I don't think anyone really wants to talk about the subject of death. Having a living trust has always been something on the back of my mind. Updated review! We used Pacific Coast Trust a few months ago and were beyond happy with the service Frank provided. He walked us through the whole process, touched base often, kept up with emails even when we had about a million and one questions. He came to us with the safest of safety measures in place and completed the whole process quickly. I failed to mention in the previous review that I spelled our trustees name wrong and needed to have it amended. He did that easily and sent it out immediately. We realized a few months after that we wanted to replace someone on our trust and contacted him immediately. Frank offers six months of free amendments which we've already used twice!
