Throughout the administrative process, their representative made false statements on the record regarding the trustee's actions and the facts of the case. After these misrepresentations were directly called out and challenged with documented evidence, the firm initiated a complete communication blackout, refusing to answer inquiries or address the record. Their handling of this matter has been entirely performative, offering zero substantive care or distributions (via the trustee) while avoiding accountability. It is my opinion that they are operating a predatory business where they promote themselves first, above and beyond anyone else, and behave unethically. I wouldn't trust these people with 1 single dollar or the future of my income or my life.
