As you can read below in our texts he first tells me to simply put whatever will make the signer actually sign the document regardless of what is acceptable and what does not cloud the title. Its amazing to me that this person can as you can read in the images simply claim he no longer has a fiduciary obligation to the situation. If they had done their job properly and recorded the reconveyance then none of this ridiculousness would have had to have taken place. Its really sad that the title of our property has been clouded after being paid off for five plus years and simply attempting to get it cleared up as it was his job to do, apparently those parts of the law do not pertain to him, so yup you can read our conversation in full. Especially since he refuses to answer the phone like an adult and will only text.

I'm not exactly sure what all being a realtor entails, but he was there for us every step of the way and was very attentive. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry and knows how to put it to good use. He thoroughly investigated some issues we were having with the home we were under contract for without us even asking him to do so. When researching other properties for us, he only showed us properties around the price we wanted to pay knowing we could afford much more. I strongly feel he put our best interests first and didn't try to get us to look at more expensive properties. In the end he was able to negotiate a very good deal for us and I just can't thank him enough for everything. As a first time buyer and all the stress and anxiety that comes with the process, John made th e whole experience much more comfortable. I wish him the best and feel very lucky to have been linked up with him and his team.

He and his partner Robert took care of us with the purchase of our home; a daunting experience for first homeowners, specially on the SF Bay Area. He checked dozens of homes across the east bay on nightmarish 880 traffic, took care of all paperwork and the process of purchase and loan approval and was on point with his assessments and counsel. After narrowly missing our first offer, he got us our dream home in the a Berkeley/Albany area and sailed us through the transaction. And his help did not stop there, even beyond the purchase he assisted us with the repairs, warranty and arranging deliveries and contractors while we were on vacation. We now have 15 minute commutes and enough time to play with our daughter after school... and this is thanks to Vincent.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you'll make, and Nick made the entire experience feel seamless. What stood out immediately was his honesty. During every property tour, he wasn't trying to sell us on a house. He gave us an objective assessment of each one, pointing out both the positives and the negatives. If the photos looked better than the home in person, he'd say so. He noticed details we hadn't even had time to process yet, from the location and views to the positioning of the property and factors that could affect its long-term value. We always felt like we were getting the truth, not a sales pitch. When we found the property we wanted, Nick's expertise became invaluable. He recommended an offer that was significantly below the asking price and included seller-paid closing costs, inspections, and other fees. I honestly thought it was a big ask. But Nick knew the market, the community, and the property. He confidently and respectfully advocated on our behalf, explaining why our offer was fair and justified. In the end, the sellers accepted. One of the things I appreciated most was how he handled the negotiations. I'm sure there were plenty of conversations happening behind the scenes, but Nick never pulled us into the back-and-forth or added unnecessary stress. He simply kept us informed that discussions were ongoing while he handled everything professionally. That gave us tremendous peace of mind. Nick is honest, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely advocates for his clients. If we were selling a home, he's exactly who we'd want representing us because you know he'll always work in his client's best interest. His knowledge of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley is another huge advantage. Having grown up there, he understands the neighborhoods, the history, and the market in a way that only a true local can. If you're buying or selling in the Coachella Valley, I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Miller. The level of care he provides his clients is truly exceptional, and we're incredibly grateful he represented us.

The year passed with little in the way of things needed or going wrong. However, there were a couple of minor things that happened over the course of the year, like a leak developing in the sprinkler system. This resulted in my being asked to move out on short notice, which I did. A month passed after vacating and the home owner still had not returned my deposit, this is where Walt really stood up and separated himself from the competition.
