I called and scheduled a consultation with Nicholas a few weeks after. From the initial consultation, we knew we had found the right company. My parents are spanish speaking and speak very little english. One deed contained an incorrect APN/legal description, which caused issues with the Los Angeles County Assessor and required a corrective deed. Separately, the binder I received included the wrong deed (someone else's deed)--it belonged to a different property entirely. This kind of error should not happen in legal documents. When I brought up the issues, the response did not meaningfully address the problem, and I had to hire another professional to fix it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend reviewing all documents carefully if you work with this office. One more thing, be aware that if you need your living trust to be done in a timely manner, this law office takes about 6-9 months to do a so so job. I was scared I was going to pass away before it was done.

We refinanced the house, and it never got put back into her trust. I started working with another law firm to resolve this and all they did was make me feel uncertain about the outcome of my case. They told me that we might need to go to Probate and how much this will cost. I then called the Probate House and talked to Joanna. Joanna started helping me right away over the phone while looking up my deed information. Joanna made me feel comfortable right away and I stopped working with the other law firm. Joanna gave my case to a very knowledgeable attorney named Lorenzo Stoler. Lorenzo flied papers with the court to hear my case. Lorenzo did such a good job in preparing the case the judge signed off on it without having to go to court in downtown LA. One less trip to downtown LA is always outstanding. In going through this very unpleasant experience with my mother's trust, it was time for me to do my Trust, so my children don't have to go through what I went through. 2nd Filing. I received a free consultation from Sibylle Grebe to see if I wanted the Probate House to do my trust. Sibylle took her time with me in going over everything, even the things you don't even think of. We met for some time, and I was not rushed. Sibylle is a down-to-earth person and takes her job personally. It felt like family. So, of course I had the Probate house do my trust. They made my trust a very easy experience. I also worked with Susan Hada on my trust. Susan called me the very next Saturday to get started.
