Very pleased with Dave and the service he provided for me. Came to the house at time promised on the next working day. He obviously has many years experience as he was not only efficient and quick but a pleasant personality and easy to talk to. Cost much less than the Lexus dealer was asking. I have no hesitation is recommending him. read more

Today, David replaced the windshield on my Ford Edge. His work is top notch along with being very personable and professional in every aspect. I do most of the work on my cars so I know quality workmanship when I see it. It can be hard to find reliable, professional service technicians. David is certainly one of them. Thanks so much! read more

First rule of business...make it easy for your customers. This is what Dave did. He knew what he was doing, was quick and pleasant. So well worth my time and money. Looking around to go somewhere else would have just wasted my time. I can do most of my own repair work until I run into something that either requires specific expert knowledge or a specialized tool. So there are some jobs where I know I need to go to an expert. Sometimes experts will be condescending SOB's, charge you too much and make you feel like crap. Other times they're like Pacific Auto Glass and just quietly and efficiently do what needs to be done. read more

My family and I have been customers of Pacific Auto glass for years. Dave the owner actually answers the phone and does the install or repair himself along with his partner! His work and is excellent and price is very reasonable. Like an honest mechanic, an honest auto glass guy is hard to find. From a small chip to a complete window they do it all. I refer all my friends and family to Dave! read more

Service was quick and efficient! My quarter panel on rear window got smashed in and David was so helpful in helping me get it repaired. He picked up the piece of glass from the car dealership and came to my house to install and repair. He was so nice and finished his work so quickly! I will definitely use him for any other glass repair services I need in the future. read more

In complete agreement with the other 5-star reviews. David is now a mobile repair service only. That means it is more convenient for the customer. He arrived at our home right on time. Seventy-five minutes later he had replaced the rear window on our Honda CRV. And the cost was way more than fair. We will not hesitate to use him again and he will recommend him to anyone needing auto glass work. read more

By far the cheapest rates on windshields around the valley. They come to you or you can go to the shop. Usually this job takes over an hour anywhere else but Pacific Auto had me in and out in around 30min! Would definitely recommend! read more

Dave was just awesome! Knew what exactly what I was talking about and order the OEM part same day and set up nextday for install as said. "I like old fashion way of business, persons words." I also believe in supporing local business rather then out of town because it's makes sense. Repair work was clean, detailed, explained on what my do and don't. Thank you Dave for awesome service. read more

Dave comes to your home, gets the job done quickly, and is personable and willing to answer questions.

Dave did great work. He was a bit difficult to get a hold of, left a couple unreturned voicemails but finally got it scheduled. He came to my house and let me watch him work. I'm always interested to learn something new so it was great to talk to him and see what's under the windshield. Fair prices and quality work, he's a busy guy running a small business but he's busy for a reason. Highly recommended read more

They were clean-cut and professional. They have a mobile service and replaced my windshield while I was at work. They have over 20 years of Experience. When they were finished everything was perfect. There was no mess no scratches and no fingerprints. Best insulation I've ever had. My new glass guys read more

Couldn't have been happier with the quick service and his mobile repair service. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service only lasted about 20min and was very happy with the work that was done. The spot where the chip used to be is nearly invisible now. Thanks for the great service! read more

I needed a repair, so I called Pacific Auto Glass to schedule an appointment. They were able to set up the appointment for the very next day, first thing in the morning! When they arrived, being that they are a mobile company, the two guys that repair it explained to me the process and went in to detail about the crack in the windshield, if it sat too long without being repaired, etc...... I must say, they do know their stuff about repairing and about windshields. David, who answers the phone, came to the job site with his business partner in a professional manor and they were friendly. I was leery of the idea of a mobile company showing up to where I live, but this helped ease my mind at how this company approaches professionalism and being friendly towards their clients. Overall, they are worth calling up. And they stand by their work, telling me if something should happen, the crack gets worse or the windshield needs repaired due to the original crack, they will deduct what you paid initially for the repair off of the next appointment's payment. They don't just leave you hanging out to dry. Fantastic! And they are quick at repairing! read more
