My experience with this company and especially Carlos was amazing! I called to get a quote to remove a large, overgrown mango tree in my back yard. Carlos answered the phone and agreed to come out the next day - on Good Friday to give a quote. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgable, and emailed me a quote within 48 hours. He sent me an email to sign contract if I wanted to do the job. I decided to sign up and when I did he called me soon after to schedule job. On night before the job Carlos sent me an email to confirm job for next day. On the day of the job the crew showed up and began work pruning the tree and consulted me on how I wanted the tree trimmed to my satisfaction. They worked all day, completed the work and cleaned up the yard to my satisfaction. Amazing experience, I highly recommend this company if you want your job done right, on time and professionally!!! read more

Carlos was very knowledgeable about the job at hand. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner even though it started raining. They worked through the rain with expert ease. He is truly an expert at tree trimming. When the job was done, I thanked the crew and Carlos. Carlos' expertise and carry through on what we had agreed on prior to the job was on point. His price quote was extremely reasonable and clean up during the rain left the premises better than when they arrived. I would give Carlos and his crew a FIVE STAR PLUS rating and recommend Pacific Arbor Company to anyone who needs this type of service. Respectfully, Lahela J Waikoloa read more

I highly recommend this company! With such competitive pricing, they came in under others in the area. We were blown away and highly impressed by the work Carlos and his crew did. They were so friendly and professional. We had a big job, and they accomplished the task WICKED fast. I mean, it was unbelievable. They took care of 6 trees in total (removed 3 north Norfolk pines, removed 1 Banyan, trimmed 1 mango and 1 Royal poinciana), which were all very large, all in less than 2 days. They showed up an hour early to the job and got to work right away. They downed the 3 Northfolk pines (at least 50- 60 feet high) all before 10 a.m. Carolos is not only skilled at removing trees but also an arborist, and he graciously gave me advice and tips about other trees around my property. The crew chipped and removed everything from the yard. The clean-up was impressive. If you have been waiting to get your trees trimmed, contact this company for a quote. They have great rates and are skilled! We will be reaching out to them again in the future. read more

They chipped all the cuttings and cleaned up our yard beautifully. We can highly recommend Carlos and Pacific Arbor Company! read more

Used this company for help cleaning up our yard. Coconut trees and bamboo were out of control. They cleaned it up well, and pruned our citrus and avocado trees too. Was happy with the work and price so decided to bring them back to work on another section of the property. They spent the next visit working on overgrown keawe trees and a big mango tree getting too close to the house. They responded quickly to my requests and left the area well cleaned. Was very happy with the work. Would recommend and use again. read more

The guys did a great job for Paniolo Preservation Society in thinning out a tree line and taking out about a dozen trees behind Historic Pukalani Stables in Waimea. This area was heavily overgrown but they did the job in a timely manner, safely, and to our complete satisfaction. We look forward to working with them in the future. read more

Carlos is a great guy and I couldn't ask for a better job done. We had very tall cypresses surrounded by guava in Ahualoa to remove & the PAC team took it out, no problem. Carlos was sensitive to the fact that we also had some cinnamon mixed in there and he managed to save it, which I really appreciated! We will definitely call him again for future jobs. Only issue was the job being delayed due to a broken machine part and illness but once the team arrived they did a great job. read more

This is the second time I've had Carlos and his team out to trim our California Pepper Trees and our mock orange hedge. He takes such care with the trees and shaped them beautifully. So many tree services just hack off limbs but not Carlos. He knows trees and trims them in ways that are healthier and prettier than the hack jobs we see so often. He is our go to guy for our trees. read more
