Carlos answered the phone and agreed to come out the next day - on Good Friday to give a quote. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgable, and emailed me a quote within 48 hours. He sent me an email to sign contract if I wanted to do the job. I decided to sign up and when I did he called me soon after to schedule job. On night before the job Carlos sent me an email to confirm job for next day. On the day of the job the crew showed up and began work pruning the tree and consulted me on how I wanted the tree trimmed to my satisfaction. They worked all day, completed the work and cleaned up the yard to my satisfaction. Amazing experience, I highly recommend this company if you want your job done right, on time and professionally!!!

They worked through the rain with expert ease. He is truly an expert at tree trimming. When the job was done, I thanked the crew and Carlos. Carlos' expertise and carry through on what we had agreed on prior to the job was on point. His price quote was extremely reasonable and clean up during the rain left the premises better than when they arrived. I would give Carlos and his crew a FIVE STAR PLUS rating and recommend Pacific Arbor Company to anyone who needs this type of service. Respectfully, Lahela J Waikoloa

Got to asking around, and was referred to Johnny Clark by a friend of my lash angel Maryann. Our yard is practically golf course quality now. He's taken to shaping a star fruit tree that was sadly lopped off by a previous gardener. He takes time to educate us on the cut of grass that benefits my dog, tiki placement (for real!), ensures the gates are secured, leaves everything neat. He texts when he's en route, giving me time to pick up dog doodoo haha. He sends pics and/or video at end of every job. Johnny is the real deal.
