Add to that they had none of the items needed to complete the project. I moved on to True Value and while they didn't carry the product they did try and help me locate some.....and in the end recommended Central Valley. I arrived on Tuesday at 9 and the office employee was very knowledgeable and helped me with flashing to work with the trim board and siding. I drove to the pick up area and the young man who loaded my truck saw that the boards were long and kinda flimsy....said hold on I will be right back....returned with some wood that wasn't sellable and helped me support it. They were all so nice I would rather shop with them (prices were pretty similar to HD) than the box lumber yard!

Used my company card and made two different orders a week apart. as soon is i placed the order…read morethey billed me (no problem) Then I called to see if my order had come in and it had (with no call from them) I placed a small order giving them my card number again. The next day i had someone pick the wood up and they charged him again for the small order and then put it on the same invoice. I called them and told them i need two seperate invoices to match what they billed on my card and was told they cant do it that way. The only good thing about this is i did get the wood but not sure how the invoiceing is going to workout

In response to the yelp review they completely refunded me the cost of the replacement water heater as well as the original, making the only out of pocket money the cost of the installation. They even followed up to ensure everything was correct. Unfortunately when I received my tile - FedEx had damaged half the shipment. Reached back out to Vacaville and Matthew Mendez called me back. Matthew assisted with making the situation right and immediately shipped out new tile and packaged the new tile a little more carefully this time. I've consistently had great experience with multiple Floor and Decors, but this review is mainly for Matthew. I think he mainly handles the online orders.
