The first project was replacement of a very large Pergola that had rotted after 35 years. We wanted Redwood and JR was able to match the rough sawn look and also the exact curved cuts used previously to match our outdoor BBQ/kitchen roofline perfectly. The Redwood was primed with a tannin sealer and two coats of white paint. The job turned out perfectly! The second job involved the replacement of rotting window shutters on our two story house. We wanted quality so used a cedar wood base, built exactly the same as the previous shutters. Again, one coat of tannin sealer and two coats of paint. Then after a professional installation and the house looks brand new again! Both jobs done within budget and on schedule. JR was in constant contact with us through both projects. We called Dwaine in to consult half way through a job that was turning out to be twice as much as I had originally agreed. Dwaine pointed out where we were set wrong by our current contractor, which enabled us to get the scope and price to something within reason. Dwaine also gave us a very competitive price, but it ultimately turned out to be too expensive to break our original contract.
