Terry and his associate did a great job with painting my garage and epoxy on the flooring. His prices are very competitive. I would say it's about 1/3 the price of other contractors. When contacting Terry, ensure that you are specific with your request. If you want the holes/nails from the garage walls to be filled, then let him know. Also, if you would like a clear coat on the epoxy, then that should also be specified. Terry is a hard working man even though he is retired. His Yelp page states San Mateo but he actually lives in the South Bay Area. He is able to travel to all cities in the Bay Area. Hard working man and always arrives early. Highly recommend him if you need your home painted. read more

Terry was quick to respond to my call about garage painting and epoxy, and stopped by the same day to provide a quote. He was professional at all times, and gave us an appointment for a Saturday. He called on Friday evening and showed up on time for garage painting. On Sunday he did the epoxy, and followed up after five days to add a shiny coat on top. Very happy with the job and he charged a very reasonable rate as well. Will definitely recommend! Terry is also very friendly and I enjoyed interacting with him. read more

Terry pacheco is like a family. What a gentleman and what brilliant work he and jose did. He painted my house exterior, many rooms inside and garage epoxy. Everyone loved his job. He is very very reasonable person. Hardly runs after money and give you more and more job without charging extra. Words are less to explain how nice he is. Jose is also very friendly and nice guy. Their price was way cheaper than anyone else but quality was at par with any painter around. Sir, you are a genius. read more

Terry Pacheco (510 331 3601) is the worst and a scammer don't waste your time and energy on him. He came initially to assess our garage for epoxy and paint and gave me a reasonable quote and date he was available to work on. As the date approached and their was no communication from him, I reached out to confirm we were still on track for the date decided, after multiple attempts to connect (phone calls and texts) he simply said he is not available on the committed date anymore and gave a date which was 1 month out. At that point we decided to find other contractors and then he called and insisted on getting it done on the new date and we made the mistake of deciding to go with him again. Just to make sure we didn't end up in the same situation, I asked him to come and take his advance and get the paperwork done so we have a final date. He again didn't show up and didn't respond to messages and calls and when I called from a different number he picked up right away and said he cannot come today and had no answer for not responding to my messages or not informing me in advance. On top of it, he said the date that he gave is now not available and he can only do on a later date that was again 2 weeks after the revised date he gave. On asking why there has been so much confusion, he said that the only date he is available on now and if I want it get done sooner I can find some other contractor. I find his behavior very unprofessional and unethical and felt it's only fair to share my experience 510-331-3601 (510) 331-3601 Pacheco Painting Terry Pacheco read more

Pacheco painting is phenomenal! Terry did a fantastic job painting our garage walls and also epoxy floor painting. He is a true professional who is very, very reasonable with prices, punctual on the dot, provides lots of painting choices and most importantly gets an exceptional end-result. He even provided an extra beautiful wet-look for the floor. We got other quotes as well but Pacheco's quote was way lower!! read more

Painted my house a few years ago, 6 months later it starts to fail bad. I called many times to the owner Joe, finally got a hold of him and he said he would take care of it. Here I am, 2 years later and nothing. The initial paint job was horrible to begin with. Would not use or recommend him to anyone! read more

Terry was recommended to me after I'd seen the job he had done on a friend's garage. I wanted the epoxy flooring, so Terry came out to give us a quote including painting the walls and the price was very reasonable. In addition, he helped remove old cabinets that were attached to the walls by the previous owner of the house. Terry completed the job over the course of a week and made sure that all parts of the garage were painted. He even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! I would highly recommend terry to anyone who's looking to freshen up their garage. read more

Terry did really good job with our garage epoxy and garage wall painting at reasonable price. He was patient in letting us select the colors. read more

Terry was recommended to me by a friend of mine. He checked out my garage and gave a very reasonable quote for Epoxy. He also included gloss primer as complimentary. He is prompt and instructs well in advance about the tasks as emptying the garage day before to clean and wait for 4 days before we step on the floor. He came and did the job himself since I had to go to work. He returned to apply the gloss on a Saturday when I was unavailable. My neighbors hired Terry after looking at the job he did. I would definitely recommend applying epoxy to your garage floor (to convert it into a dance floor) and hire Terry for the job. read more

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Terry. It started well - I contacted him about an exterior painting job, he came and took a look, gave me a reasonable quote, then said he'd schedule me in a few weeks. A few weeks came and went and I heard nothing, so I contacted him to set a specific date. We agreed on a Saturday a few weeks away. I bought the paint he requested and cleared my calendar for that day. I contacted Terry three days before the scheduled appointment just to ensure we were still good to go, and he assured me he would be there. The night before the appointment, at 8pm get called to say he had another job that was running over and wouldn't be able to make it after all. I was disappointed because I had rearranged my schedule, but he promised he would be there in Sunday instead. Once again on this time on saturday night, Terry called me to tell me he wouldn't be coming. I told him that this was extremely unprofessional and that I would agree to one more reschedule, for the next weekend, and we agreed he would be there at 8:30am. As you can probably guess at this point, 8:30am came and went without any contact from Terry, and no response to my texts or phone calls. Save yourself the headache of dealing with Terry, as he obviously has no respect for other people's time or schedules read more
