Our upstairs was cooled off in an hour and you made sure we were taken care of! He got right to work and within 30 minutes he had my unit up and running. He even told me about things I had no Idea about and gave me some good recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly to speak with. He's also very relatable and advertised the best value for the job. He was up front about the prices and I appreciate him for that. There's also a maintenance plan that I will be signing up for. The prices are not that bad and I'd rather catch the issue before it starts than to wait and be out thousands of dollars. Go with Goose Creek Heating and Air, you will not be disappointed and if you are then you didn't get Chad!

I called Turner on Monday 12/15 and TJ came by 10 min later to do very thorough and free inspection. There was no pressure at all to sell. They wrote me a very fair quote and left to let me decide on what to do. I had a few companies that were recommended to me to look into but my intuition said to call these guys back! They came out on Wed 12/17. They had a HUGE job to do. The previous tech from another company (Comfort Zone HVAC) a disaster. TJ, his incredible wife and the lovely Karina had their work cut out! They got it all cleaned up and the outside unit installed before 4 pm! Karina was a sweetheart who took pride in making sure my house was cleaned, floors were swept up and all mess gone before they left! She even made sure to remind TJ to clean my floors and vaccume the next day. I appreciate that!! TJ and his wife whom I just can't recall her name were so refreshing! Very friendly, professional, and optimistic! They were a real pleasure to be around and talk to! The next day TJ came by with another man I can not recall his name unfortunately, but he was super pleasent as well. Between the two of them they got everything up and running by 1:30. I was shocked. They ran into a few more surprises the previous tech had left behind but they were able to rectify them no problem. TJ even cleaned my filter grates. One thing I really noticed was wven though it was clear I had been scammed and the previous business did such a bad job..TJ and his crew kept it so professional and did not bash the guy. That is class!! I had been without a working HVAC sysytem since July 27th and had been dealing with a nightmare situation. To have this situation FINALLY be resolved is a blessing and a HUGE relief! You can't go wrong with these guys they really are amazing they even registered my warranty for me!

Sure enough, Claude and his son came over and got me in working order. They were prompt, talked me through what was going on, and have a good warranty on the product. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others! Thanks again for saving me from my boiling house!

We opted not to get an outdoor kitchen ( which I do love) after having one catch fire in a brand new home we had built in Texas. FYI, the fire was all due to bad installation from the outdoor kitchen people , but it scarred me emotionally enough to only have a grill I can push into the back yard in case of emergency. After being told by first responders that my house would have exploded shortly, I knew we would be ever vigilant should we do this again. Al looked over the area and where the hook up valve was located and offered us sooooo many better options than where the builder had put it. He really knew his business and we were confident that for safety and aesthetics he was exactly the man for the job. And boy was he. He removed the old hook up valve which was poorly installed to start with( yes, this is a new home) and moved it to a much better location with all new hoses, connections and everything else needed for the job. Talk about a difference. He also had every tool for the job so there was no running back and forth to the store or back to the business. That was really nice. Carson, his apprentice was also incredibly helpful and found the wire needed in the grill to hook up to the starter. We were afraid that Lowe's wouldn't get there for the delivery in time and we would have to pay for another service call, but they made it just as they were finishing! A job WELL done!!
