After multiple voicemails I never got a call back nor a message on MyChart so I just had to stop taking my medication which was a muscle relaxer/anxiety medication. This all caused for me to stop pursuing fixing my chronic condition and I still have no answers. Will be finding a new primary and wouldn't recommend anyone with chronic conditions to go through this practice as there is apparently a risk of malpractice here. I still have not heard back for over a year! Left a voicemail a few weeks back expressing that I needed a checkup so I could get a referral to a specialist because my symptoms have been very bad lately and still I'm being ghosted. My biggest disappointment was arriving for an appointment with my doctor and discovering that I would meet with an APRN instead. She was quite thorough and professional. But no one had asked if it was okay to meet with another provider or whether I would feel comfortable meeting with a provider of the opposite sex. I talked to a scheduling person. She was extremely rude and said she would write on my chart that I would only see the doctor. When I tried to explain to her that I would meet with a PA-C or an ARPN, she cut me off. Some of the front desk folks aren't the friendliest either. I understand that they are dealing with a lot of patients who may not be the friendliest either. But once you get past the schedulers and the front desk, the rest of the practice is great!

As good as it gets!" ??? :) I've seen Dr. Lovegrove for two years now and she always makes me feel very comfortable. She has great bedside manner and it's evident that she makes an effort to familiarize herself with the patient on a personal level (she has on record what I'm studying and how many years I have left, etc.). The only negative I have to say is that my appointments generally last at least an hour. Or rather, my time in the office does. They're quick to move you from the waiting room to a private room but the time between the nurse taking your stats and seeing the Dr. can be quite awhile. Although I think this is probably attributed to the excellent and thorough patient care so I don't mind. I would (and DO) highly recommend Dr. Lovegrove.

Doctor Butler is a fantastic doctor who I have been seeing since my childhood. Just today I went in…read moreto see him for *redacted*. The check-in and support staff were friendly and quick, I think I only waited a few minutes. After getting my vitals checked Dr Butler came in only a few minutes later. As usual he performed expert care including inspecting my *redacted* with professionalism and great care. My *redacted* needed a prescription which amazingly showed up on my CVS app in under a minute. Dr Butler is the only doctor I trust with my *redacted.* 5 stars.
