Your experience sounds terrible; understand your frustration. You realize this was a system automated error with the massive migration effort that took place with the office relocation. It happened to me too. You can't really believe you have no responsibility for maintaining your own family medical records. These reviews have a very real consequence to the success of a small business, and I'm willing to bet Pine Lake Health has lost exponentially more than their $30 mistake. They've been punished long enough now since the review was posted, and I hope you decide to work this out with them and revise your rating. Doctor Glenn has been caring for me since 2015. He and their team are as nice as the come, and they deserve a balanced opinion.

Scans were done then Dr. Vandenhul said all they needed to do was lose weight and eat more salad, and that there were no gall bladder stones. Those were her literal words. When the patient saw their actual doctor, Dr. Hamann (who is amazing), they were referred to a gastroenterologist because Dr. Hamann said there was an obvious problem. Patient had gall bladder removed, with the surgeon saying it was one of the worst cases of gallstones he'd seen. Dr. Vandenhul was absolutely dismissive, all while the issue she claimed did not exist, DID exist. Strongly urge anyone to not use her as a doctor. I refuse to see her if my PCP is unavailable.

When I returned on a follow up visit, her version of what was said and agreed upon was very different than what was actually discussed, probably her thing of disregarding whatever I said. She seems to have the idea that she's a general and we're lowly privates, and apparently believes if you see her that your body and life are no longer yours, they're now hers. I saw another patient that was very upset and trying in vain to see a different doctor, I assume she must be one of her patients. From my experience, I suggest staying far, far away from her.

Easy to set up an appointment, and when we arrive, they get to us within about 10 minutes. The doctor spend as much time as necessary to talk with us, assess the situation, and just reassure us if needed. They don't order unnecessary tests, but they send us to specialists when it's clear we need one. They have certainly save my life on a couple of occasions. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
