They have a ton of fun events every month: trivia, bingo, karaoke-always with different themes. If you're looking for something fun to do, I promise this is your place. A million stars!

Two of us ordered drinks right away and sat at the bar playing video games. The rest of our group was still deciding what they wanted, which we understood fell under the one drink minimum per person rule. One friend sat with us at the bar while we had our drinks and was told by the bartender that she couldn't sit there without purchasing a drink, so she moved. She then stood near our other friends, who were playing an arcade game, and they were told they could not play unless they each bought a drink. At this point, they stood behind us at the bar to look over the menu and decide what they wanted, but that didn't seem to matter. The bartender repeatedly returned and escalated the situation instead of allowing any reasonable time to order, stating they could get water if they wanted and that it did not have to be alcoholic. After only a couple of minutes, the same bartender came out from behind the bar again and said in a rude, condescending tone that they "don't understand... if they don't buy a drink, then they can't even be in the building." Our friends explained that we had already purchased drinks and were simply deciding what we wanted, but at that point, they were turned off by his behavior and no longer wanted anything--and frankly, neither did we. We cashed out our tab, finished our drinks, and left. We were already paying customers and would have ordered more drinks, but the handling of the situation made that impossible. Instead, the business lost not only our additional sales, but also several friends who were planning to join us and spend money. We are local to the area and not teenagers causing a disturbance, which is what the situation felt like when our friends were told to leave for no clear reason. I understand house rules like a one-drink minimum, but there is a professional way to enforce them. This wasn't it. Not everyone can or wants to order immediately--whether due to preferences, pacing, or dietary restrictions--and the lack of flexibility or basic courtesy was disappointing. Instead of encouraging guests to stay and order more, the approach did the opposite. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my impression of the place, and I don't see myself returning. There are other spots in the area with a similar concept that offer a much more welcoming and customer-friendly experience, and I would recommend exploring those instead.

They have an old gamer staple: Bawls The cover charge is 15 dollars per hour which is awesome. You can definitely spend a whole day in there easily and not break the bank. I loved the variety of the cabinets. Theres traditional and modded cabinets with tons of oldschool games to play. Beat em ups, fighting, racing, hunting, DDR, rythm games, console games like gamecube in the front. They even have a sailormoon S beat em up. Im a hardcore sailor moon fan so it was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean. There is one big flaw with this place. Many of the games I played had buttons that would stick so I was unable to play them. Games in particular are the Spiderman beat-em-up in the second room, the DJ rythm game (not sure what its called. The one in japanese), the other rythm music game in the cornor of the second room, metal slug X, melty blood. The sailormoon game also. Oh and the L.A. shooting game with the guns doesnt have any rumble on them. The cabinets that have a ton of games in them are cool but the buttons arent mapped to each game. If you play a fighting game that has 6 buttons and theres a bunch of combination moves you can do with all those buttons but only 4 of those buttons are programmed to the game, you cant do the moves and theres no point in playing it. To get the full experience out of this arcade, I would suggest the owner go through each cabinet and set up every game to where the buttons can correctly do what they are supposed to do. There is no point having a million games if you cant play any of them because of broken buttons and mapping issues. It needs weekly maintenance. I understand that kids can be really rough with the buttons but if you dont fix the buttons then whats the point of having the games there if you cant play them? Its really easy to map the buttons. That would fix half of the problems. My fiancee said it best "its like playing cup and ball without the string. And you have to keep picking the ball up off of the ground. " Huge potential for this place. It could be 5 stars with maintennence. I see the vision.

I think this year Dania had the best oktoberfest. The price was higher than last years. They had…read morenice giveaways, food, entertainment, trucks, a raffle and great vendors. It was a fun event. This was a family and pet friendly event. They had activities for children as in crafts. I saw a few bounce houses and games for them. On the other side they had a good band playing oldies. People were dancing to their songs. They sounded pretty good. The parking situation was organized well. The city had a few places you could catch a free trolley. The festival was held right next to a parking garage. It did crazy for the people to exit that garage after the festival. I was glad I took the trolley. I had a great time with my friends. The festival was great.

2024 OKTOBERFEST…read more.. Another crazy Dania After Dark event. Bought my VIP early access entry pass for $50.00. Heavy downpour of rain but we have plenty of high grade brew including bites from PDQ, Auntie Annes and Anthonys Clam House & Grill. Offering over 30 different breweries and serving their craft beer creations under tents. Our VIP pass got us access to a private tent with comfortable couches, music and a private super chill bartender named JP. Free parking in the City of Dania parking garage or across the street. The portable bathroom situation is a concern especially after beer. Normal ticket pricing is $35.00 each.

It's a great event, but finding parking after 10 was hard, even far. Not enough parking options for big events. It is also an are going under some building condition. The festival had plenty of vendors around and food trucks. It was surrounded by local restaurants and bars. I enjoyed checking out the new places in Hollywood. This city has so much going for it. The Las Olas Festival was an experience, lots of great food from local restaurants and some independent providers. We tried something from almost everywhere and it was truly an experience. I am sharing just a few videos from the event but places like YOLO, The Wildly, La Marialita Rum and so much more. This was a great experience and I recommend when it comes by next year, you check it out as well.

MAD Arts in Dania is a place with real potential…read more The interactive exhibits make it a fun way to spend an hour or two, whether you're on a date, catching up with friends, or looking for a family-friendly outing. It's not a massive museum, but that's part of its charm. It's easy to explore at your own pace and simply enjoy the art. Food and drink options are limited, but the experience itself is worth the visit. I'll be rooting for this place. With more event programming and rotating touring exhibits, I could see it becoming one of Dania's most interesting creative spaces.

The beer was served ice cold and super quick despite it being a bit busy when we got here. The server was very friendly and we were able to close our tab. We were going to get food here but seeing the fact that they charge almost $25 for a regular cheeseburger we definitely decided against it. I liked how nice and refreshing the beer was and how friendly the staff here is so I will come back again for more drinks and maybe try out the virtual games they have to offer in the future but that would definitely be on the lower end of things I want to try when it comes to this place.
