My eldest will be leaving for kindergarten next year and is well prepared for the curriculum she will be facing thanks to the hard work of all teachers at Tomorrow's World. She can spell and write her name, say the alphabet, count to 30, and has basic understanding of math (basic addition, subtraction, patterns). With a lack of childcare programs in the area, our family relied on Tomorrow's World three if not more days out of the week and had very little options available. Mary Jane does not communicate with her staff who do the bulk of the work when it comes to scheduling and daily care. This leads to chaos, scheduling problems, and passive aggressive emails on a frequent basis. The owner comes across very sweet, but does not care about the children or the relationships she builds with the families along the way. I like to know that my children mean more to people than simply a paycheck- but Mary Jane sees dollar signs where she should see children. The classrooms are packed full of children and are completely overcrowded. The lunches they provide for the children are so bad that they were reported to the state. The "pre-kindergarten" atmosphere is overshadowed by screaming kids and there is complete lack of control. My son learned more at a three day a week program for two hours a day than he did at Tomorrow's World three days a week for 6 hours a day. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere- it will save you time in the long run.

When we had a broken leg (cast to the hip) and needed extra help some stepped up and went the "extra mile" so to speak, to help out with getting her in and in her wheelchair or help with getting them out to the car when it was time to go home as well. It's hard to get a small baby and a 3 yr old in the car at the same time when the 3 yr old can't walk and the 4yr old can't carry either of them. They also patiently worked with me when it come down to me just needing a little time while I got financial assistance. I do recommend Cura Bella and the staff because they'll take the time to be there for your child and keep the parent(s) updated as well.
