I really can't say enough about this place. One of the nicest and cleanest band rehearsal venues I've been in (and I've been in many). I came here from Texas to spend three days here (each day in a different room) with my music partner here in LA (Jack Flash) to create content for our YouTube channels. Acoustic the first and third days and a full day with a band on day two. Vinnie was such a gracious host. Always attentive and helpful. I met the owner on the last day, and she was wonderful. The rental gear: Top notch. The PA systems: Again, top notch The lighting and vibe: This is getting old, but ... top notch. All in all - this is very affordable. I'm a drummer and have been coming here for a couple of years. The place is very clean including the bathrooms, super friendly and helpful techs set up your sound and rooms are set up better than any studio I know with snakes/ relays for mics, great PA's and monitors. They have great Yamaha drum sets (second only to Amp which has DW's),heads are decent and drums sets not beat up like other studios. My ONLY beef with this studio is that you have absolutely NO choice on setting the sound yourself. They go further and actually "lock the mixing board" so you cannot tweak it or turn up the volume. I've never heard of this being done in any studio. I guess it's one way to preserve your speakers but I feel it's a bit Draconian. If you're ok with that then I recommend this studio. Overall pleasant and clean. Parking always available and they even have a coffee machine if you need a pickup. read more

They always give you what you ask for (if you're reasonable) and they do it with a smile. Don't believe the bad reviews here, which are probably from one-timers with big egos. Amazingly, we've been using studios around the valley for 20 years & had never heard about PA Studios until we stumbled upon it from Yelp. 2 Terrible experiences here: 1. Asked if we could live track a sesh, they told me it would be plug & play from my DAW. We got here, and although their mixer seemed to be working, there was no signal from several of the inputs. Upon asking for help, i was essentially told that it was my problem to deal with. The girl up front tried her best, but ultimately, the owners provided no solution and blamed our equipment. This is undoubtedly a grey area, but what was upsetting was the attitude and lack of customer service/willing to work something out from the owner of this place. 2. I left a $300 speaker here, called the next morning, was told that it was here (they described my speaker in detail and said it was here). I came in a few days later to pick it up, and I was told they didn't have it. They offered no compensation, not even an apology. The overall attitude of the owners here is terrible. These people quite literally don't give a f%@k about their customers. I've also experienced disgruntled attitude from workers here upon asking to please adjust levels of PA system, etc. NEVER, EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. read more

I was not given the opportunity to experience this business. I was surprising my son who was turning 12 to jam out with him and another friend for his birthday. Unfortunately we had a family emergency where I could not take my son's to his birthday gift. I would've love to reschedule but whomever I spoke to in staff was extremely rude and unforgiving said there was nothing she can do I brought up suggestions and her response remain there was nothing she can do. It was a sudden unexpected emergency so apparently I needed a 24 hour notice for a refund or change of date. And this place sucks their policies suck. Just be aware that emergencies don't matter. I've been going to rehearsal studios in LA for over twenty years and PA rehearsal studios is the best rehearsal studio I've ever practiced in it ever seen. If you're not yet a rockstar being in any of the rehearsal rooms and walking around the studio will make you feel like you are. Management is incredibly professional and if you want to know what it's like to be treated like a rockstar they make you feel that way. The PA system sounds just like, if not better atop venue you would play live at and the equipment is top of the line Pro. PA Rehearsal changed ownership during the pandemic; unfortunately the new owner is a pretty terrible person. The original owner was super helpful and provided great service. Because of the new owner's poor service and bad attitude I am no longer able to recommend PA rehearsal. This is by far the BEST rehearsal room in the SFV. The place is clean, well maintained, has great gear, very friendly, and has a few different rooms to choose from depending on your need. Andre and the team are always on top of making sure your experience is always positive. Been going here now for over 3 years with various projects and its always been great! I'll give the location a decent review as far as the facility goes. Here's is my gripe with this business. When needing to move a rehearsal to another date/time due to an unforeseen emergency (tire blowout), PA Rehearsal Studios offered me ONLY 1/2 the time initially paid for due to an inability to cancel the same day reservation. When asked why, the clerk's reason was because they had to "turn down" other offers for bookings, even though the booking was made less than an hour in advance by myself. I can understand being charged for the time due to their policy. I can even understand the here-say of turning down "multiple" booking requests. What I DO NOT understand is the 1/2 credit for another date/time. If I have to lose $46 plus tax because of this business' inability to meet the customer halfway, especially after an emergency situation, I will HAPPILY do so to leave this negative review. Had the worst experience there. Even though their website says that PA rehearsal studios are open until midnight, they closed their parking garage before 11 PM with 4 cars inside. We went to have Thai food after our rehearsal then came back at 11:05. The owner, Meg, refused to call the guy who closed the gates. She refused to give us his number or to provide us the code to the gate. One of the band members, who luckily parked his car outside, even offered to drive to her place, get the keys, open it for us then go back to her. Again no luck. She had time to talk to everyone on the phone for more than an hour and did nothing. Shocked and confused, we ended up leaving the place without our cars with instruments inside, and one of the guys even left his house keys inside his car. She definitely lost a huge customer. We won't be back there again. read more

I'll make this review short and helpful: Pricing is not bad at all. $25/hr. Where can you find a music studio like that? Equipments/instruments quality: excuse my language but holy shit. It's that good. You just need to bring your own guitar and bass and amps. If you don't have any, anything you may need is rentable. $8 for the cymbals, high hats, etc. $15 for 1 amp. You can just ask them for the rest. Very nice owners: Andre and Dan. Dan helped me everything I needed. He's just awesome. Parking: free. Check the back of their studio. You can even park on the street. Also there's a free parking lot across the studio. Parking is not a problem at all. This studio is almost unbelievable. Cheap with awesome quality! Best place to rehearse​! Such a cool space, the owner put so much love into this place it shows all around, from the sand-walled rooms to the restrooms and even the "patio" space is cool.
