I have been with them almost 2 years for my loan but I did within the last year open a bank account with them. I plan to fully move all my finances ect over from p1fcu and stop banking with them because lccu is such a great institution.

I wasn't aware that if you pay or deposit $400 that they aren't required to offer me a receipt for recieved payments. Apparently this is the policy of this bank and I'm not at all pleased with the denial of the manager to generate a receipt for it although I didn't recieve my change back from the transaction. They did call me a week later to tell me of the oversight and I have a check with the balance owed to me available for pickup but still no receipt. Ridiculous!
