I recently went to the Clarkston branch and apparently the new hires haven't received adequate training. I wasn't aware that if you pay or deposit $400 that they aren't required to offer me a receipt for recieved payments. Apparently this is the policy of this bank and I'm not at all pleased with the denial of the manager to generate a receipt for it although I didn't recieve my change back from the transaction. They did call me a week later to tell me of the oversight and I have a check with the balance owed to me available for pickup but still no receipt. Ridiculous! read more
