They did replace it but wiped my old phone before I could set up the new one so I was stuck without a phone until I could get home. They gave me lots of incorrect information and I would never trust them with anything again. There's also a bit of an attitude problem with some of the staff because they work for Apple or something. Go there to touch the shiny new devices if you're thinking of buying one but be wary if requiring any assistance or technical expertise.
