Went in with a crashed PC, and also my daughter had lost her laptop password. They fixed this for her in 5 minutes for free, and cleaned up the cooling fan for her! They did an excellent of job of getting the PC back and running, and managed to recover almost all of the data, including some photos which would be irreplaceable for us. The software we'd downloaded was inevitably wiped, and the links and passwords to the licence key were in outlook, but they provided some good advice about downloading evaluation software to get round this. They are popular, so there is a queue before they get to your stuff. But their pricing is honest and they do a good job. All in all a positive experience. got a nasty virus the other week typically just when i needed my laptop the most, took it to techrescue and got it back the next day! now i know they were very busy and just in the middle of moving shops as well but after explaining my situation to them they agreed to do it right away. very impressed and will definatly use again! thanks read more
