We hired this company for a major landscaping and front patio project almost three years ago, and…read moreinitially we were very happy with the results. The work looked great, and the overall experience during the installation process was positive. Unfortunately, the front steps have now started falling apart, creating what we believe is a serious safety hazard. We contacted the company hoping they would stand behind the workmanship or at least help address the issue, but were told the work is outside of warranty and that we would need to pay for repairs ourselves. We understand warranties have limits, but we are disappointed that such significant deterioration happened in less than three years and that there was little willingness to help resolve it. Given the cost of the project, we expected the hardscaping to last much longer. I'm leaving this review because while the work looked excellent at first, long-term durability and post-project support matter just as much.

Terrible experience. The company is really bad at writing…read moreestimates, and left huge holes in my roofing. They ignored issues, didn't inform me of them. and later told me they had written them down but told me nothing about the issues. In the end, the work I paid them to do was not even the work my roof actually needed. Do not trust them to tell you what is going on with your roof. If you can't go up there and look at it yourself, do not trust them to do it. They claimed they were sending a building inspector after the job, but never did. They claimed they took photos of the work after it was done, but never showed it to me. I could never see a final report. They left the eaves full of debris, and left packaging and roofing material wrapping on my roof, which blew off. It's like they just skipped the last day of work where you would clean up and collect your materials? They left tools up there, and parts from a nail gun around my yard, along with some bungee cord. Very bizarre. Very dangerous. My follow-up with the company was not helpful. The customer service is not good. I had to pay another roofing company an additional $2000 to complete the job. All the roofing is subcontracted out and the main company owner has no idea what is happening out on the job sites. If you get a bad team doing your job, you're just out of luck. No accountability from the company.
